This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. The shelves are empty of the products I needed. No cashiers and no one was at the self checkout if someone needed help. No customer assistance at all.

Clean, big aisles, one of the busiest Walmarts, highly suggest online shopping for in store pickup using Walmart app. I use it all the time, even if I'm shopping in store beforehand just so that I'm in and out. Saves time, find all the deals, and scan as I shop, so no need to rescan at register just show phone barcode at checkout.Done-dada ???

This weird guy approached me about parking in the curb side pickup spot. He is taking pictures of people's tag. Told me that I can't park there and enter the store. BTW, I was picking up an online order but needed a few things from inside. Didn't know there were assigned parking spaces at walmart in a walmart parking lot. Anyone else have this issue?

I've never had such a bad experience at this Walmart. The cashier Amara working isle 24 is one of the rudest employees I've ever met. She was moving extremely slow almost on purpose. I waited in line for over 40 minutes! She took her time and she meant to! She completely ignored me when I tried to make conversation. Absolutely unacceptable. Will not be coming back.

Place a delivery order to our house. The delivery person trough spark came to out neighbor and didn’t deliver our order after multiple text telling here to read the directions and that we have delivers every week the driver refused to deliver the order and then she drove to another location which we could see her GPS location through the app. and then she called in the order and said it was delivered. We called Walmart app support and said all they could do is give a refund which could take up to 10 days and we would have to reorder. So Walmart has no accountability for the drivers they use when they steal from customers and don’t do their job.

I dropped from a 5-star to a 1-star because I ordered a must-have item and waited 3 hours before driving 30 miles to pick up. When I arrived.... they are sorry there are not any to pick up. Now my money is locked up and can't be used for 3 business days.Walmart is sorry...at my expense, and I now have less than when I started. Imagine that!!!@#@$%

I placed an online pickup order for Saturday early evening. When I pulled in and checked in, there were no other cars waiting. It took 12 minutes for someone to bring my order out, which was surprising since i was the only person in 40 pickup spots. There were 12 substitutions and three of them made no sense. The loader was nice and professional.

Does any one at this store answer the phone? Trying to call and the phone just kept ringing ….so I will post it here I’m a senior and was trying to find a parking place , and saw your associate go to a parking spot right after the several handicap parking places to eat lunch … do you not have your associate park away from the building to leave parking places for customers? I know when Mr Sam was alive he had the associate park away

Walmart delivery was to the wrong house. Tried to call cause I was at work and couldn’t visit to fix the issue so I decided to call. Continued to get transferred over and then call would drop. Call again and got the same rep (which was very nice) transfer me again. Call was dropped once again. Called back and continued to get quick transferred with zero notice of how long. When my lunch break came, I drove to this location and was told that someone from delivery would give me a separate number to call and would have to reschedule a delivery. Wasted my lunch break, gas, time, all to call someone when that could’ve been provided over the phone.
