Very hard to find someone to get an answer from. Need to have someone in the garden/ pet department.

This was my first time visiting this location.
The Good:
I like that as soon as you walk in the door they have a convenience area for snacks, candies, drinks, small bags of chips, jerky products, pre-made sandwiches, salads, and even individual package hard boiled eggs.
Whoever came up with this idea was a genius!
I found most of what I came here for in this area.
When checking out, I was directed to a self- checkout machine that could take cash.
Though I prefer human cashiers, it was the fastest check out of any Walmart I've been to in America.
I forgot my near seeing glasses in my car. The young man working in the self checkout area came over, told me what Bill I had pulled out of my wallet, put it into the soulless machine and counted back the change for me. That was beyond exceptional for my experiences at Walmarts across the U.S.
Big Store with tons of every kind of items someone could need during a general store run.
Food products along the wall had big clear signs stating what was below them. Eggs, Poultry, Breakfast, to name a few. I found thus very helpful while looking for Breakfast products and eggs.
The Bad:
There were employees pushing blue plastic Bins down the aisles quickly and expecting customers to jump out of their way.
Parking lot was full and at near capacity.

All Walmart stores needs to hire more staff or they need to close departments! I went to two stores and both gave me poor results! The Walmart in Clinton, MS said they didn't have any of the items in order to do my grandsons bday cake which I was willing to pay heavily! The Walmart in Jackson, Ms on hwy 80 said their store didn't have a decorator and st 10:30 a.m. there wasn't anyone in the bakery to assist me but I saw someone working in the back!!! I had to go to Kroger which had 4 ladies helping and they met all my needs! I spent $80!!

They never want to answer the phone it makes it a lot harder to check and see if they have what I want in stock before I come in because I don’t have a car so I don’t want to make a blank trip
