Been to WalMarts all over the country. Gotta say, Pensacola has the absolute worst. No staff, 1 register on a Sat eve, want everyone to do Self checkout.. No thanks. Many of the staff they do have are very rude.. many shelves unstocked, some empty.... I guess we're still blaming Covid

Curbside take too damn long; it makes absolutely no sense. I've been to other locations and they were much faster. What am I "checking in" ahead of time for, if it literally makes no difference? I still have to wait 20+ minutes. It's too hot to turn off my vehicle so I leave it running the entire time. Unacceptable, hire more help or something!

I was just in this store this morning around 0930 and every single shopping cart was in the parking lot and it wasn't the first, second or even third time it's happened. I've been there multiple (5+) times and there have been no carts available. This time I took it upon myself to go out and bring in 6-7 carts on my own. I've never seen a store with such a lack of organization. Other than the carts being unavailable there are other examples of employees and management being unsatisfactory. Another example of piss poor management is how instead of stocking merchandise an employee just opened a box and drop it on/in the shelf or cooler. See pictures below.

Walmart here is an excellent store the staff that work there do excellent work and they always have what you need. However in the parking lot outside with all the cameras and all the employees working I see a bunch of African-American individuals some of them look like they're highly intoxicated going up the cars knocking on the windows nobody wants to do anything about it. There's too much crazy stuff going on in our society for people to be able to just walk up to you and ask you for money especially when there's a crowd of them hanging around asking for money!! That doesn't make the ladies feel too safe like my wife!!! In the homeless people I understand but I don't understand is the signs that say homeless veteran because I used to be a homeless veteran and I know you don't have to live that way there is help out there!! Maybe they need to update their security guard or hire a different security firm the drive around the parking lot in the daytime and the night time I'm talking about broad daylight and I'm talking about today!! 5/21/2021!!! I don't understand why they don't enforce the safety there people should not be allowed to walk up to your car and knock on the window and ask you for money somebody is going to end up getting seriously seriously hurt thinking that their life is being threatened!! Or possibly just Jeopardy!!

The tackiest less stocked Walmart in town. It really is a dump. On Fathers Day, they had the whole soft drink/chip isle blocked off while some pokey employee mopped & waxed it. Really? Whose brilliant idea was that? When I complained, the manager I got on the phone argued with me & agreed I should go to Publix to shop. So, I will certainly do that from now on.

Marcus from the paint section on the night shift was a great person and helped me pick out paint for two hours due to a paint related emergency. He was very helpful and I'd recommend him to anyone needing help. He deserves a raise definitely.

Rude and unaccommodating pharmacy staff. Go to the 9th Ave. location. Much more pleasant experience.

Had a nice visit to WalMart recently and wanted to compliment them with their cleanliness and great service. The cashier at my checkout was a Latina cashier and was an absolute sweetheart. Definitely coming back!

It's Wal-Mart, whats to say. We went a couple of times while on vacation in New Orleans. Its an interesting store layout. I really liked how they had it layed out in terms of the customer service desk. I did think I pissed off one of the cashiers though with a comment I made when he accidently range up an item twice. I just pointed it out to my friend and apparently he gave me a death stare...haha...oh well..
