Pharmacy is terrible. Will send out texts and updates saying that your prescription is ready when it’s not, then the most recent time never notified me that my prescription was ready, just sent a “delayed/out of stock” message then later when I followed up I was told “oh they put it back since it’s been a bit, would you like me to process a refill?” 0/10 will not be using again

Just went to Walgreens around 3:45 am the cashier was rude didn’t greet me I had to greet her first and she does not need a customer service job her attitude was horrible and she didn’t talk loud enough for me to hear her came inn for milk for my child but wish I went someplace else

Terrible customer service. Person working in pharmacy should look into working a remote job so they don’t have to talk to people all day and give everyone a bad attitude. Seems like they/ them wants to ruin everyone’s day because they hate their job.

Don’t use this pharmacy. They can’t fill meds on time and supposed filled orders aren’t even on their fill list. I’ve been filling the same 2 anxiety meds at the same dose (my dr does 1yr of refills at a time) and on 3 occasions in the past 6 months I’ve had to go cold turkey off my meds because apparently requesting a refills a week in advance (as early as my insurance will allow me to request a refill) is not enough time for these incompetent pill counters to mess up enough times and still leave time for me to get my meds before I run out. On average I have to call the pharmacy 5 times and have 3 separate visits each month to fill the same 2 prescriptions. This month they didn’t even have 30 tablets of this common medication so I will have to go back yet again for the rest of my refill. The amount of anxiety this horrible company has caused me trying to get my anxiety medication is absolutely horrendous. I’m switching pharmacies and don’t think I’d be willing to buy so much as a chapstick from any Walgreens in the future. Save yourself the stress and pick a different pharmacy. Why hasn’t google made a zero star of ruin yet b/c one star is way to generous.

This is a 24 hours Walgreens. I really like this location as it has shady parking & is right across from the good WinnDixie that I also like to shop at. The service is always very pleasant when I visit & they always have the firm toothbrushes I like to use in stock. Will Return :)

We’ve used this pharmacy for our monthly prescriptions for years with no problems. The last two times, we have placed our order for refills, for it to not be refilled on time. Prescriptions are time sensitive; calling 24+ hours in advance should be plenty of time to get it together on time for pick up. Ours was supposed to be ready at 8 AM today. It’s 1 PM and they “don’t know what happened” (again). Will be switching pharmacies after this. Highly frustrating.

About two weeks ago, I was treated beyond poorly at this location. I come to this particular store about once a week. Josh, I believe is his name, is normally the cashier. On multiple occasions, I've caught him ( as well as other employees ) monitoring me as I shop. As a black guy, I've grown accustomed to this and typically call it out. I work extremely too hard to steal from anyone. Plus, I refuse to allow anyone to slander my name and most of all my character. On this day, I came to load my cashapp card with $65. I counted the money verbally, and at a volume where I could be heard. I counted a $10 bill, followed by 25 $1 bills, and the rest in $5. As I was counting, I was placing the money on the counter. Once I finished, Josh proceeded to inform me I was $20 short. I was quite baffled by this considering I counted the money out loud, right in front of him. He showed me what he had in his hands. Only showing some of the $1 bills and $5. I asked him " where's the $10 bill shoppingand the rest of the $1? " He said I never gave it to him. I literally just got off work and didn't feel like arguing. I gave him $20 more. Once I completed that transaction I did my shopping. As I was shopping, I noticed a guy following me. Even after I cashed out, he followed me outside. While outside waiting for my Uber, this guy is literally still watching me. He didn't go back in the store until he thought I was gone. At this moment. I'm highly offended and walked back in the store requesting a full refund. Josh, told me he couldn't give me a refund because my ID expired. I paid in cash and that wasn't a valid enough reason for me not being issued a r we fundManagement was called and I got my refund. The next day, I called to view the cameras and seek resolution regarding the $20. The assistant manager, Saum, was rude and unnecessarily unprofessional. She refused to watch the cameras saying Josh has never had money issues and she trust him. She wouldn't even let me talk and repeatedly cut me off. Before hanging up in my face, she said she'll talk to her GM and have them call me. Two weeks later, still no phone call or an explanation for this racially charged behavior. Never again will I go here and I suggest everyone to follow suit.

They haven't gotten one prescription right yet. , I'm looking for credible pharmacy. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's long slow line to get an answer about anything. They SUCK

They refuse to help patients in need. Because of who the doctor is. Even tho the prescriptions are legit. Pharmacist is rude. The technician tried to help and the pharmacist said no because she's racist in my opinion. The technician gave cash prices and she said no the doctor doesn't work with us. As a sterile/non sterile compounding pharmacy technician and retail. I'm disappointed in the way they handled this situation. Knowing the doc said they don't have issues with Walgreens just CVS. In a case the doctors won.

Just called there and received the worst customer service for an answer. September 22nd, at 8:43. Much nicer staff at Olive road!!! I asked about a medication price and she hung up so fast ...before I could even say good buy and was very unfriendly, will never call that # again and make sure my friends won't either! As I can see, this pharmacy is used to terrible reviews!!!

I just went in for bug spray- $11. I googled the same bug spray- about $5 most places. Even saw a double pack of this bug spray... for $11. I left.

OK, I have to re-review my local Walgreens. The Pharmacy has greatly improved! Much nicer Pharmacists and they are more willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I had my medications sent to the wrong Walgreens (by my doc) and they were able to pull them up here! Didn't have to wait any longer because it was an in stock, but it saved me a big headache driving to a pharmacy that is located in a hospital. Ugg. Anyways, I don't take these reviews lightly, I waited till I saw a trend where they were above average so now I'm updating my review. Keep up the great work!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! YOUR REFILLS WILL MAGICALLY DISAPPEAR! I left my seizure medication at home while I was on a trip and tried calling a few in early so I wouldn’t have any problems. I had no idea Gabapentin is a scheduled drug, so I went in to pick it up, this dyke behind the counter rudely informed me that “it’s too early. We can’t fill it”. When I tried to ask questions, she had no time. Fast forward 3 days. It’s time to fill the prescription and I have 2 refills. The bottle even says so. But now, my local pharmacy is telling me the prescription was cancelled. When they tried to call this location to find out why, the Pensacola location said “he never came in here, we don’t know what you’re talking about. “Now I’m risking having a seizure and have to call a doctor to get another refill, which might take a couple of days. If I have a seizure, I will be suing and taking everyone there to court. This is absolutely ridiculous and none of you should be handing out medications.
