WARNING: If you require meds without which your health is threatened, please consider a more reliable pharmacy than Walgreens or CVS. My experience described herein is regarding one I can live without that is intended to improve my health rather than keep me functioning or alive.I switched to Walgreens from CVS a month ago because of the CVS pharmacy drive-thru's unreliable hours.Walgreens filled my prescriptions the first month, one for which I pay out-of-pocket and one covered by my health insurance, without issue. However, when my physician called in a prescription the second month for the same med again that I would be paying out-of-pocket for, and I received no communication regarding it or the insurance-covered prescription made a day later, I called to confirm that both were received and was told that the refill was ready and the out-of-pocket prescription would be ready later that day.On Trip No. 1 when I went to pick them up later that day, I was told that the out-of-pock prescription wouldn't be ready until the next day.On Trip No. 2 the next day, I was told that the out-of-pocket prescription was still not ready and to return in two hours. On Trip No. 3 two hours later, I was told that the pharmacist didn't fill it because insurance wouldn't cover it. I told the clerk that I was paying for it JUST LIKE I DID THE MONTH BEFORE. I was told to return in an hour and it would be ready. On Trip No. 4 an hour later, a different clerk told me that nothing I had been told before was true and that, in fact, they were out of stock because some imbecile didn't replenish stock when my prescription was filled a month earlier, so they would have to reorder and I would need to come back in four days to get the prescription...assuming they could do one thing right at this point, which I seriously doubted. For whatever it is worth, a complaint detailing all this nonsense was sent to Walgreens Consumer Relations. Hopefully, it will motivate the company to step in and change things at this location, but don't count on it.

One star required to write review. This location sucks to high heaven. No communication whatsoever regarding prescriptions. Made four trips to pick up up a prescription, given different excuse on first three tries, then on fourth was told that first three were all lies and that the med wasn't even in stock because some imbecile didn't restock it when they ran out a month earlier and I'd have to wait four days to get prescription filled. I'm sure you know what my response was to that.

People there are super slow and tell you over the phone that your prescription is ready and then I got there and they tell me they do not have it ready and have to order it. Pull up to the drive through and they don’t even acknowledge you for five minutes. Every time I call I have to wait ten minutes to speak to someone and Im subjected to listen to vaccine propaganda.

Joel H rude is a crappie employees at Walgreens they make it a nightmare to pick up a prescription. It's sad they can't use common sense especially with people who have lived life for a long time older medication that I have taken for years I don't need a damn console for how damn stupid I know what and how to take my medicine and if I needed help I would ask or be in a home for mental I'll or just to old to get by. Think about it...You make it shity for everyone. He threw a tantrum over me asking him to write his machine off that he wanted me to touch after hundreds of people have been touching us and he took his naughty tissue and wiped it how gross and then through attention and walked away when I said that was not very clean

I have used photo department here a coiled times and have had bad luck every time. This time however a manager came over and had the worst customer service. Wanted way to much personal information. And instead of explaining something to me decided to be rude as can be. Will be coming in Monday to talk to a higher manager.

Pharmacy is the worst. Seem to be understaffed. No sense of urgency to allow long lines. What's the point of scheduling a covid test to be told come back a hour later

Rx is on auto refill, which apparently doesn't actually work. So I call automated line and refill, it will be ready in two days. I go three days later to pick up, they don't have it. So I ask to fill it now and wait. It'll be 20 min. Ok fine, go back up in twenty, oh it'll be another hour. Every. Single. Month. Will be using a different pharmacy now.

While the pharmacy is sometimes crowded, the personnel is always polite and helpful. I especially appreciate their willingness to expedite new prescriptions. The store itself is clean and orderly.
