AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! These people are not knowledgeable in their profession!!! This is literally the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever used. My doctor sends my prescriptions over 3 months at a time. Because of the nature of my medication I have to call monthly to get them filled and they are usually out of stock. But every single month that I call, they claim that they don’t have the prescription and when I tell them it was sent over and what date it was sent on they still claim not to have it. They always tell me to call my doctor to have it sent over and when I do, they always somehow realize that they do have the prescription on file. More than anything twice I’ve called and they claimed not to have my prescription but they had the medication in stock, so I call my doctor and get it all straightened out and within 45 minutes they now all of sudden have the prescription but do not have the medication in stock. Every single month with the exception of maybe 2 I have to wait days and sometimes a week to get my medication. I’ve been in this medication for YEARS and going without for a week each month not only sets me back but puts me into withdrawals. Today I switched medication to another type because we haven’t had issues getting it there and LOW AND BEHOLD THEY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK AND DONT KNOW WHEN THEY WILL GET IT. Time and time again people from this Pharmacy has given me and my husband conflicting information about my medication and the prescriptions and many other things.

If I could give no stars I would! Put my sons prescriptions up right after I spoke with them telling then I was coming to get them then they had to fill them so I had to come back up there got there right before they closed but someone was in line before me then they refused to serve us because it was after time even though we were there before!!! Worst customer service ever never have anything but awful attitudes!

THE WORST WALGREENS EXPERIENCE EVER ?5/11/23433pmI'm a driver for door dash, so naturally, we're always in a hurry to get to our customers as quickly and safely as possible. After visiting dairy Queen and picking up ice cream for my customer, I immediately received a order for Walgreens. When I picked out the items for the customer, I went to the register and there was another customer in front of me doing a return. I'm not sure why her return took 9 minutes of me standing there with no assistance from anyone else, I finally made my way back to the photo department. The person there was already helping another customer. The store manager was walking back and forth, 'Mckayla' making jokes, laughing and carrying on.. after waiting an additional 6 minutes in the photo line, The manager then goes over to the second register and takes care of the black person behind me from the original line. Let me say this, I'm not racist and never have been. My grandchildren are biracial so this has nothing to do with race. (Look through other reviews, you will see I've never pulled a race card).. but this African American manager assisted the person behind me, who was also African American. Her actions were so blatant, I don't know how to further explain it.When I delivered to my customers home, I gave my apologies for the Melted ice cream and explained it was the manager at Walgreens that refused to check me out. Funny thing, she said, "I have that problem with them every time I go to Walgreens. Why do you think I sent you"?! ??Very tragic how people must be treated this way at a store, so well known for being a neighborhood pharmacy.I will also call Walgreens customer service and make a complaint.

Went in to grab some essentials, and the cashier in there, Kiara, was extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the entire exchange. She didn’t talk to me except to tell me my total. No “hi” “thank you” or anything. I’m normally not one to make reviews like this, and I don’t know if this girl was just having a bad day or what. But, it’s safe to say I’d rather just go to CVS next time to avoid feeling bad about myself for making someone ring up my items.

I honestly hate everyone that works in that pharmacy. They are the most toxic, rude, people ever. They always cut you off mid sentence and don't care about anything. They clearly hate their job and need to quit or off themselves or something I dunno what their problem is. So glad I switched pharmacies. I hope I never have to look at them again. I wish I knew their names because I would 100% namedrop them and put them on blast. Worst people ever.

Called the pharmacy to get my prescription information since I’ve never filled there before and wanted to make sure they could fill the medication I’m prescribed. Lady was rough and short. Every other pharmacy I’ve called for the same reason would give me as much info without seeming like I’m a hassle as they could. Pharmacy lady could use better phone customer service training.

finally switched to a different pharmacy. rudest staff ever. theres only like 1 nice guy i guess. every lady working there is a female dog.However i will say that the inside staff not associated with the pharmacy is nice.

Was nice when they sold my camel no. 9 cigarettes. Pretty inconvenient not being able to since they have not restocked, some new stock would be sufficient thanks.

Rough customer service. I came in three times for photos that were printed. Each time they could not find my photos and suggested I had the wrong walgreens. Eventually, after I persisted, they found the photos. It was always in a different place.

Normally don't have an issue with the pharmacy at this location but their recent staff is rude and likes to cut you off while you're trying to speak.

When I walked into the store i asked a question the lady was rude it made me like she didn't have time to help me. Will not go back to this particular Walgreens. The first impression was a lasting impression and it was not a good one.

I utilized both the pharmacy and regular register today. Both ladies were very friendly, no delay with prescription. No issues at this location.
