Walgreens @Olive & Davis. Great crew been using them for 7 or 8 years now. Mr Brooks the pharmacist is great, we used to live on this side of town but moved 5 years ago I drive past 4 other Walgreens to keep using this one because ( they care) unlike the Mobile Hwy and Fairfield store half a mile from my house but Employees in pharmacy are borderline hateful with the attitude their Entitled to be that way!

The manager, Hia, was very rude and unprofessional while we were checking out. She talked down to the cashier that was in training and when we asked a question Hia clapped back at us very sarcastically.

Don't try to send your caretaker on your behalf if you're disabled. They'll refuse the sale and accuse your caretaker of fraud.

The store was not stocked alot of gaps and missing inventory. Then when I went to check out the employee had to call the manager inorder to pay with walgreens wallet in there app. Stated there are people who are using it to scam. Sounds like a lack of intelligence of how to process payment on there end. Any form a payment besides cash then is a scam if it the payment doesn't go through, it shouldnt go through on there end either. Walgreens needs a new app system or not have it at all.

Their staff is always friendly and I love the buy 1 get 2 offers on Arizona beverage drinks and sometimes Gatorade deals, it's my go to place to buy drinks and beverages for the week.

Very friendly and always willing to help. They have this 1 young lady Jennifer that works there, & if you should ever meet her, she is the most sweetest, kindest employee that I have ever come across, & I mean throughout many stores my 50 plus yrs on this earth, so this says a lot about this young lady. Also, a big shout out to the manager Pam (I hope I got her name correctly) she too has gone beyond to help me on many occasions to order my quest power bars & always willing to help me to find what I am looking for. I just appreciate those whom work in the store. Unfortunately, I'm not going to get into the whole story but I don't care for the pharmacy employees. I visit Walgreens frequently on Davis Hwy & Olive Road & within in the past 5 years of going there, I got lucky twice,, there was a gentleman pharmacist whom was so extremely kind & helpful and I wasn't able to retrieve his name because there after I haven't seen him again. I know longer use their pharmacy due to their extreme rudeness & their "don't care attitude" because of their rudeness I know longer fill any of my prescriptions there. It would have been great if their incompetent self had a good personality so that I could get all of my shopping done in one place, but unfortunately after I'm done getting my items that I needed, I then have to go across Davis Hwy in order to get my prescriptions at CVS. Thank you to all of those whom work in the store. Y'all are so appreciated by me.

What's y'all's policy on bring one's bicycle into the store (you don't have a rack outside to lock it to)? I've been doing this for years, on my way home from work, to pick up medicine when I need it (I asked the clerk the first time and they said it was fine). This time, as I was already leaving, the clerk got on to me. When I tried to explain there was nothing for me to lock my bike to she just interrupted me; kinda rude there. Maybe the first clerk misinformed me (If so, can y'all get a bike rack?) but she didn't need to be rude about it. Other than that my trips here are usually pleasant so I'll still rate you well.

I called crying because I don’t feel good and wanted to ask if there is any way they can fill my prescription sooner than the two hours I was quoted because I was miserable. Whoever answered the phone in the pharmacy (not the pharmacist) cut me off twice. Rude and insensitive...I wouldn’t use them if I didn’t have to because of my insurance

Love the 2 Male Pharmacists & they will go above & beyond to help with any issue I have but the female staff has become rude & not helpful at all! I'm switching Pharmacies after years there because of the unfriendliness I continually experience in that department,if & when they finally reopen from the Hurricane.
