Slow as hell, urgent care and er visit medications are treated like routine meds. They don't care about patients.

I'm epileptic and this pharmacy had my meds waiting to be filled for 2 days, whilst they had it in stock. The pharmacist who's a man, is super rude. Along with every one of his assistants. They do not care if you rely on a medicine for your survival, they will get to your prescription when they feel like it. Going on 2+ days of not having my seizure medicine even though it's just sitting behind the counter :) thank you Walgreens! Ruined my vacation seizing out every night!! :-)

Poor customer service by pharmacy technicians I’m a foreigner, and I hate to think that it influenced the tech to treat me so poorly. I had a prescription ready to be picked up, but I was treated poorly, as the pharmacy tech was rude, cutting me off while I was still in the middle of the sentence and refusing to listen or help, ultimately telling me to call my doctor's office. I had a friend contact the pharmacy via phone and intercede on my behalf. The pharmacist who answered the phone was helpful and told me the patient’s name was wrong in their system. Well, I guess I was to blame for their mistakes too. I’m still upset over the fact that this individual didn’t show any interest in doing her job in order to help.

Do not come here if you are in need of a COVID test to fly internationally. Flights to Korea require testing within 72 hours of flying but the results here will take 3-5 days making the test useless for international travel.

Is anyone else having a problem shopping at Walgreens because of no shopping carts? Went tonight and no carts. Same a few weeks ago. When I have a long list and no cart I cannot shop. Asked clerk and he blamed the homeless. If this is so why has Walgreens not implemented a policy like others requiring you to check out a cart and return it when you leave.

Pharmacy hours have been reduced leading to two+ hour wait times. Pharmacy staff has given conflicting info about whether it’s ok to go to a different location

Be forewarned that they do not honor the Single Care and GoodRx card prices. They use the cheaper price listed to get you to transfer your Rx, and then they do not honor the price listed. This was already after them getting the number of tablets incorrect after having been told multiple times. I was on hold for longer than 8 minutes before I could speak to someone about the email confirmation indicating the incorrect amount of tablets. The person on the phone said to bring in the Single Care print out, but she NEVER mentioned that they might not honor the price. Otherwise, I would have taken my business to another pharmacy. I have NEVER had another pharmacy not honor the advertised price. Today's 8 minute hold time is not unusual. MOst of the time, it is faster to actually drive to the pharmacy than to speak to someone in the pharmacy department.

Absolutely the worse Walgreens around! If you try to call you are on hold for 15 minutes or more and no one comes to the phone (evening). You have to call back and have a Walgreens employee ask an employee in the Pharmacy to answer the phone. If you go for your covid vaccine shot, beware! You print out and complete the questionnaire but they don't look at it, instead they ask you the same questions as found on the questionnaire. Even though you've got prescriptions there before they still have to make copies of your insurance cards. The Pharmacy was full with every chair occupied. If you have an appointment at 12 and you arrive 15 minutes early you still have to wait more than 30 minutes. The technician gives you the covid vaccine shot not the Pharmacist. The waiting room is not clean, nor is the room where you get the shot. There is no sanitation going on...I told the technician she needed to take that can of Lysol and spray the chairs in the waiting room. She did not do that as when I got to my car I looked at the vaccination card and it had my birthday wrong. I had to go back into the Pharmacy and have them correct it. If they think the covid vaccine is the answer, I am definitely very skeptical after getting my covid vaccine shot in the most unorganized Pharmacy I've ever seen. Those employees are completely lost and seem to be very incompetent!

Just picked up a prescription for 28 caps of an antibiotic and there are only 14. Now they are closed so there's no way to go back and dispute it. How do you only fill half of the order?

I’m finding out the hard way, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES can disappear before the prescription is even filled . The monitors don’t really monitor the prescription being filled. My prescription was for 30 tablets, yet my bottle had 10 tablets. There aren’t really managers to help customers. The pharmacy manager said they could see the actual monitor count 30. I say call the police because I’m being robbed. I didn’t check the bottle for 2 days . Now it’s Saturday and no manager to help me. It’s a free for all if you work in Walgreens .
