One star required to write review. This location sucks to high heaven. No communication whatsoever regarding prescriptions. Made four trips to pick up up a prescription, given different excuse on first three tries, then on fourth was told that first three were all lies and that the med wasn't even in stock because some imbecile didn't restock it when they ran out a month earlier and I'd have to wait four days to get prescription filled. I'm sure you know what my response was to that.

Joel H rude is a crappie employees at Walgreens they make it a nightmare to pick up a prescription. It's sad they can't use common sense especially with people who have lived life for a long time older medication that I have taken for years I don't need a damn console for how damn stupid I know what and how to take my medicine and if I needed help I would ask or be in a home for mental I'll or just to old to get by. Think about it...You make it shity for everyone. He threw a tantrum over me asking him to write his machine off that he wanted me to touch after hundreds of people have been touching us and he took his naughty tissue and wiped it how gross and then through attention and walked away when I said that was not very clean

I just wanted to recognize the pharmacist who helped me today. I'm pretty sure her name was Deardra. I've been having such a hard time getting my meds because of the insurance and my doctor and bad communication. It's definitely not the pharmacists fault. It's just your normal healthcare nightmare, and I have such bad anxiety getting help and things taken care of and she was the first person during this whole ordeal to take the time to explain exactly what the issue was with the insurance. The insurance and doctor's office kept throwing medical jargon at me and I'm not stupid but I'm not in the medical field. Deardra explained what certain terms meant and did what she could on her end and I can't even tell you how much that meant to me.

Yo, hubby & I were out cruzin downtown, needed to stop by this Walgreens, get some blister pads bc I got a blister from my new dope Sandals. We had beers in the cooler, needed some ice, as we were cruzin the beaches. Typical Walgreens & inventory, had the blister pads, got what we needed, hubby said bathroom's were super clean :) The problem is this Walgreens only has one entrance into the parking lot making it very difficult to get into it, coming from the opposite direction AND their freezers were all dead. Yes, DEAD. ALL the freezers, everything the frozen food is stored in & where the ice is, ALL of them were DEAD. There were signs posted saying their freezers "malfunctioned" completely DEAD. No frozen anything. No ice ice baby. Word to your mother. No ice ice baby. Rollin in my 5.0 somewhere else for, Ice ice baby. Ice ice baby. Jumped in my car, slammed on the gas Bumper to bumper the avenue's packed I'm tryin' to get away before the jackers jack Police on the scene You know what I mean No ice ice baby. No ice ice baby. If there is a problem Yo, I'll solve it! FIX that ICE ICE baby! FIX that ICE ICE baby! I've rarely shopped at Walgreens until coming to this location. Every single person in this store are SO nice, friendly, and awesome. Even when they are busy, they still have amazing customer service. I have a pharmacy closer to my house but changed to this one because it's such an enjoyable experience.

It is always something with this pharmacy, I hate going here but Florida blue uses them instead , So just an update they have seem to be nicer and able to get stuff correct or taken care of in a timely manner for the last few months now.

About a week and a half ago went in to buy needles for medicine injection. Explained exactly the type of needle that was required, and was assured that what they sold me would work. When I opened the package I could plainly see that the needed had a fixed tip and the draw up needle for the medication could not be installed to get the medicine into the syringe. Took the unopened needles back to get a refund on them and was told they would not give me my money back or credit toward the correct needles needed, but was told I could pay for and buy the correct needles. Being a business owner just can't understand their position here. Seeing the other reviews posted, I realise that this branch just does bad business. I don't think that it is indicative of all Walgreens but just indicative of how this store conducts business. I would find another store to work with as this one does not seem to be very accommodating to its customers based on the reviews that I see here.

Never have to wait long in line. Good deals on cigarettes when you by two packs or more. It's organized and easy to browse. Pharmacist is always very polite knowledgeable and helpful.

The pharmacists are always available for questions I need answered and have even done demonstrations for me to be able to use my insulin pens. The techs are extremely friendly and helpful.
