To the lady who was working, I needed to return a few items that were too small for my mother.. all tags on, paid on my credit card … live in Navarre, called ahead of time and was told I could exchange for store credit and get bigger size . She was so ignorant, she didn’t even know how to do a return. My mother just smoked before she went in the mall and they didn’t even look through the bag and she stated she could do a return as damaged, when all tags are intact, only time the clothes were tried on were one time, put back in bag and put in a closet . Just wasted gas, time, energy for no reason .. almost $300 worth of clothes, and she didn’t even have the audacity to look through the bag of clothes . We have never had any issues returning items. She must be new because she had no idea on how to even do a return, didn’t even look through the bag of the items I needed to return . Honestly unacceptable. All because my mother just smoked a cigarette before we went in . The bag was closed up, the clothes do not have no smell at all, she would know that if she would have done her job properly.

Worst vs I’ve been to . The clothing was tagged as redline and I was accused of doing this myself lol the manager was a unprofessional women I guess lady . She also locked me in the store at close . Looked online and the pants were on sale . She wrinkles them up in the bag like a rude person

The overweight black woman with short dreads, who I couldn’t get the name of because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, has horrible, if any, customer service skills. Honestly a very rude and unpleasant experience with her.

The quality of their lingerie has went down my wife has bought some and they have been ripping the bras as well they have just went down to us because they keep ripping everything doesn't really last a long time from Victoria's secret that's why I give it three stars

Customer service is great here. Love the atmosphere of the store. So clean. Employees are very nice. They do have good sales. I recently bought a swimsuit there and I absolutely love it. Just tell them your size or they will gladly measure you and they will literally open the cabinet drawers and show you where to find your size. Ive always loved the perfumes and lotions that they have here. Definitely one of the best stores in the mall. Something about this store just makes you feel welcome. Thanks Victoria secret team!!!

Customer service is good however they never open on time. We waited 10 minutes pass the opening time and a few people waiting said it's normal for the store to open late. When they did open, no one apologized or offered a "clean up" phrase. They all went straight into their sales pitch. It was definitely a turn off. It's unfortunate because many of their sales people are great at what they do.

Amazing how one store can fail customer service everytime. I got an email for my birthday offering me free undies, walked in and the same sales assistant walked pass me 3 times and offered service to other women. The race problem in America is pathetic, all customers black and I was the only Latina in the store, im not even white!!!! She looked right through me.....give this store a miss.

Made a special trip to try something on clothes (not underwear) I wanted to order online. Don't bother coming in if you're unsure of your size in anything that isn't a bra. I was told the fitting rooms are "only for bra fits."

The staff is super nice and attentive. I had to return an online order and the girl that helped me was so sweet. Definitely a helpful staff and good atmosphere to shop.
