The customer service is exceptional. The folks at the counter do everything they can to help.The cleaning service itself, however, uses old and outdated technology. Things get lost and tends to make things difficult for the front desk folks who try their hardest.

Vicks does a poor job, frequently, rips off buttons, loses my stays, and puts more stains on my shirt then when I brought them in. They also do not stand behind their work.

Brought In two work uniforms to be cleaned, starched and folded. Was told that folding was a special order. So I said hanger then. This was Monday. Friday afternoon they had the shirts but not my pants! Saturday morning they had one pair of pants (full of hair and lint) and can't find my other pair of pants. When I pointed out the lint and hair I was told "you can just brush it off". I told them I wasn't paying to brush off my pants. Then she said "well we have lint rollers"!! Worst service ever!! And it's been 5-1/2 days! Nothing but excuses!! Told them I'd be back in a while and I hope to hell they find my other pair of pants!Update 2 hrs later...appears my other set of pants are at their 9th Ave. location and they called me and asked if I could pick them up!!! Told them no that's not what I'm paying for!!

Staff were respectful but prices are pretty high for their dry cleaning services. Don't use dry cleaning very often but will definitely go somewhere else in the future. Almost $16 for one dress is a bit expensive.

Clean office complex. With the best doctors office...Dr. Ling, Family Practice. Great nurses and office staff and Marcy is the best. She has been there for years.

I sent a skirt that had a 4” section of hem needing repaired and not only did it take 6 weeks but cost $26!! I would NEVER use them again.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

They lost my dry cleaning and no one was able to respond. I asked for the name of a manager - they said I had to call somewhere else but they don't have that number!!!

This place is a disaster. I would suggest dropping at a different location. The employees here don't listen, have you sign waivers for no reason, and basically do not properly have your items tagged so they get the proper treatment as requested. In my two visits there one employee tried to not help me. Telling me they couldn't do this or that.

Awful. Expensive and terrible service. They have randomly closed locations and sent clothes to other branches only to have them close weeks later. The new ownership has ruined this once good business.

While waiting to pick up my dry cleaning this week I witnessed a guy being extremely rude to the clerk that was trying to help him; she was more professional than I would have been being cursed at and talked to like that. The clerk stayed focused and professional the whole time he was being a j**** The ladies always try their best to accommodate my cleaning needs and I understand when things aren't back by a certain time or a stain might not come out. At the end of the day it is just clothes.
