I am so excited about leaving my current buisness plan phone service and coming to Verizon. It was much less than anticipated. Dylan Criswell and Khaled Helwih where amazing and understood the mission. I am really looking forward to having the buisness line with Verizon.

They did not take my trade in phone. I had to go and pay it off. My daughter went back to this store and talked with them. I went back another day and was told I had to get it unlocked. Came back again afterwards and they still didn't take it or credit me anything for buying a new Verizon phone. I had gone to AT&T 3 times and Verizon 3 times!

The associates and management at this store are stellar! I had some issues with products I ordered through Verizon online. I went into the store and the team worked diligently to make sure the issues were resolved. Daniel Croft and Jason both helped me tremendously and made sure that my new Iphone and portable router were working properly. They took extra time to make sure my issues were resolved before I left the store. They also followed up to make sure I was happy with the changes in service. I would highly recommend this store given their expert customer service and knowledge. Their positive attitudes made the process more fun while maintaining professionalism. Thank you Verizon 9 mile team!

My daughter and I went in 6 days before Christmas to upgrade her phone. We were greeted promptly and told there would be a short wait. Our salesman, Jason, came over to us within a few minutes. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all our questions. We were very satisfied with our customer service at this location. We had been at the Pace location right before this. The wait went on for someone to help us after check in for at least 30 mins. so we left. We're so glad we did. Will be back to this location for our future needs. Thanks again to Jason!

Very poor customer service. Walked in with only one couple ahead of us upon arrival, checked in a few minutes later. Over 20 minutes later we were not helped or given update on how much longer we should expect to wait. However while were waiting multiple people came in and were helped right away. Not sure what was going on but communication as to why we’re having to wait vs others that just walked in would’ve been helpful. We decided to walk out and take our business elsewhere.

We recently visited here with questions about our phone plan. Dillan helped us out, and we ended up with everything we needed. I have never received better service from a Verizon representative! Thanks Dillan!

Carson was rude and took forever to get back to us about a phone. And when asked what took so long he snapped back saying "I'm just doing my job" and proceeded to storm off again.

Went in for a new phone when my phone screen wasn’t working. They had me go get the information transferred somewhere else for $100, which didn’t even include a new phone screen. I changed plans because I was told it would be that price, not an ADDITIONAL cost. On top of that, I was supposed to get three FREE months on Disney+, and have been being charged for this along with an insurance fee that I specifically stated I did NOT want. Very frustrating that Jerry gave misinformation while seeming to be nice/helping me out.

bought my Z Fold from here and I am super dissatisfied. The salesmen at the time told me the fold screen is 100% warrantied. Didn't have it 3 months and center cracked. Took it back to the store and they said nothing they could do. I do not recommend this location or the Z Fold

Hey Verizon, this is the same guy who left you your last 1 star review. Unfortunately, Google won’t let me reply to your reply. I filled out the information that you told me to in your reply to my original review and what do you know, nothing! Just as I figured. Not doing anything to help the people you screw over. I’m leaving you this review so you will get a notification for it and see that nothing was done after filling out the information that you told me to fill out.
