About 2 years ago I went into this store because it was closer than going to the mall location. BIG MISTAKE! My phone was acting up just wanted them to fix it. They said the issue were because it was old (it was not). Finally they talked me into upgrading my phone. I told him I would pay cash as I couldn't afford for my monthly bill to be any higher. Said I was due an upgrade and it would be "FREE" so I started the prossed of upgrading. While the guy was typing in his phone suddenly he told me I was just selected to get a free 50 inch TV. I didn't believe him. Asked several questions about it and was told I would be notified within 30 days. I checked my email and text daily but nothing from Verizon. Went into the office and told them I had not heard anything just said keep checking. After awhile I gave up knowing it was lie. Last year my son went into the store with me to change my phone to what he thought would work better for me. They told me I would have to pay $695.00 for a phone that was suppose to be FREE. They said they didn't know anything about being FREE that I was paying $1.99 a month for this phone. We went to the main Verizon store by Cordova Mall and was told they couldn't help because the store on Mobile HWY was an independent store. I'm totally fed up with this Samsung. I can't afford an I Phone as I am retired and on a limited budget . Apps keep appearing on my phone without me requesting them. It moves the apps I use and have to search for them. Now I have to delete the apps that just show up. My phone keeps dropping calls. Different things keep changing on my phone and I 'm ready to throw it in the lake! I feel I was mislead and taken advantage of since I am an older woman. Will not do business with them again!

Super friendly, and very prompt service! Even tho they were unable to provide the services I was looking for, they still tried to get my phone working and I was impressed by the determination of the customer service representative that assisted me. He definitely went above and beyond, shame I can’t remember the guys name.

I would leave no starts if possible. The store Manager first inital "T" gave me a quote and once I made my purchases (Three phones) I found out a few days later my bill went up!! rather than down by $60.00. When I spoke with "T" he blamed it on the quoting system they use. I would caution anyone who is thinking about using this Verizion store which is owned by Cellua Sales to stay away from this locaton and they own a Gulf Breeze location as well. I've made several calls tho there corporate location and I've left several voicemails and no retun call.
You've been warned!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I am using the Verizon hot spot they sold me. Less than a week after that, the battery would not hold a charge and I brought it back. They swapped it out. I have been using it for about a total of 4 months now and consistently had problems with it charging but then the battery draining still faster than it should. I went to a week long conference in GA and was responsible for the internet and the unit would not hold any charge, not even when plugged in. I called Tech support. was told I would get a new unit, it would not be refurbished. Got a case...no new battery, no new charging cord, no new SIM card. How did they know why it wasn't holding a charge. Unit was refurbished. Switched out the battery and sim card and surprise, it still does not hold a charge. Called again, was told that the unit should have come with a battery and that they were resending another unit. When it didn't show up on time, I called only to be told it was not coming with a battery and if I wanted one, I had to buy it myself. Went to this store that sold me the crappy product and they said they could sell me a whole new unit for $139! LMAO. They don't give a crap about their customers. I was clearly there to see a manager and get a resolution and they are all straight commission....no one works with a customer unless you are going to buy something. They deserve to lose every last customer they have. I then spoke to Verizon to cancel the service and drove to AT&T only to be told that as a make good they would send an entire new unit, that would arrive today by Noon. So I left AT&T and drove home. The unit will not be delivered today...it won't get here until tomorrow... SUCH BS and I am going to report them to the BBB. It's unconscionable they sell this crap to the public!
