We went today to see what options we had to upgrade our phones.
I was a bit hesitant and had many questions. Kenneth was professional, kind, patiently answering all our questions and helped us get our upgraded phones..Highly recommend. Thank you Kenneth, much appreciative.

I came to the store to transfer my phone number from my old phone to my new phone. But they refused to transfer it to us???. They gave us a number and told us to call it because we had previously refused to buy a phone. They don’t like foreigners?, I don’t recommend visiting this establishment???

The staff was really great! Helped out my uncle and grandmother before they brought me over, got everything needed squared away with Stephen and had all the information to get my uncles new phone set up the right way. Will definitely come over if I have phone issues.

WRONG INFORMATION!! WASTED MY 2 HOURS !!!! After I trade my phone ,They said ; you can leave your old phone any verizon store. I drove all the way and the Verizon store which I want to leave my old didn't get it!!! !! !!!! Horrible customer service !!

I was not able to get anything I needed done just because I had my medical marijuanna I'd card as my identification. It is a state issued ID with my name dob. Address, photo even an expiration date
And I was told that it could not be accepted as a fprm of ID to discuss my acct. The girl wouldn't Even touch the id. She had me hold it and then I just set it down in front of her cuz she refused to take it. She even spoke to her Mgr and was told she couldn't. So I called vzw customer service. Got my problem fixed, OVER THE PHONE, and handled the billing question I had about my acct, yes I am the acct owner, and I asked her the same question. And was informed that it IS an acceptable form of ID. AS long as it has name, do, address, expiration date and a photo to boot it was definitely acceptable. And i filed a complaint with the associated over the phone and the problem was quickly resolved and dealt with . Easily, just by correcting the email address on my new hum acct, which I love very much BTW,

I came in here a while ago to get into my account to make a couple of changes to my plan while the other store on nine mile refused to. The guy that was helping me, was extremely helpful and straightforward I wish I had gotten his name, but this store was very quick for solving my problems and did not make me wait a long time like the other store did and not only did the guy helped me with my issue, he checked if I had any discounts and set me up with a loyalty discount and a autopay discount which brought down my phone bill tremendously and helped me saved money!
