I had to come in to fix an account glitch on 11/1/25 and Chris was on a solo shift. I was the 9th customer in the room at the time and didn’t mind waiting since there was just one working. Chris had other plans. Not only was he setting up what looked like 5 separate phones, answering questions, AND got on the phone with ear shoulder so he can help me and keep his hands free for everyone else. That badass needs a raise. Also, as a bonus, fix his jeep as a thank you to that man Version.

I had to spend almost an hour on the phone with verizon to correct all the mistakes the gentleman made when he set up my account. Terrible customer service. I advise anyone to go to a different location.

Don’t really know how service is inside but employees parking upfront instead of out in the parking lot isn’t very good customer service! If customers have to walk a distance to the store why can’t employees?
