I stopped by on my way home for work due to having issues revalidating my discounts. Faith made sure I was taken care of. She was prompt, efficient, kind, and you could tell she enjoyed her job. I will definitely go back here to handle any future needs. Thank You Faith!

Faith is AMAZING. She deserves a raise and much more than 5 stars. She is super intelligent at her job and provides excellent customer service! She was able to help me get my new phone set up very quickly and was very fun to talk to you as well! If you go to get a new phone anywhere go to the store and ask for Faith! - Dianne

Not a great experience. My wife was taking a picture from outside the store when the manager, Celeste, called her in the store. She accessed our account and told my wife we had $1000 trade in value on our phones. My wife told her several times we didn’t want to pay on a phone each month, we wanted to get whichever phone the trade in would cover. She finally talked my wife into 4 iPhone 17. She spoke with my wife a couple times via text in the 2 weeks we were waiting for our phones to come in. Several texts between the 2 discussing phone screen size and a few other details. When we arrived in store on the day our phones came in, everything changed. As soon as Celeste saw us walk in, she went to the back and hid from my wife. When we asked to speak to her instead of the rep helping us, she came out for a couple minutes and wouldn’t even make eye contact lol. After hours dealing with these fools at the store, we had to call. Verizon and stay in the phone with them for the better part of 2 days to get everything straightened out. We were lied to multiple times and nobody really seems to know what’s going on. You’ve been warned

Celeste, Faith, and Tim were amazing. I love that this place is under new management. Everything was easy to set up, I got my new phone quickly and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Come here and see any of them!

The manager that ran the store I forgot her name but she was very informational very sweet even saved us some money on hot spot and Hulu bundle bc we just don’t use it she needs a raise

I came in because my phone broke on vacation... Faith and Celeste are amazing. They got me together in no time and she made sure I was happy before I left. If I could give those two 10 stars I would. Thank you for saving my vacation!!
