Well, I went into Verizon because I could not figure out how to erase my phone. I had purchased a new phone and it was sent in the mail to me. So I took it into the Verizon on the corner of Nine Mile in Pine Forest and Keyshawn helped me Was amazing. Not only did he show me how to erase everything on my phone but he actually pulled everything up. Let me take pictures of it so I could do that on the second phone that I had to send back as well. A few minutes after leaving Store, I received a text message from him telling me that we had a piece of equipment that was outdated and he wanted to help us get something current. he absolutely did this. And when we ran into a problem getting it set up he actually came to the site and helped us set it up. Keyshawn was amazing very kind and good at what he does

Keyshawn was absolutely amazing he was very accurate & clear, he made sure I understood everything I was purchasing he explained in detail how my phone plan was going to work all the billing and what to expect ? ? kudos to you Keyshawn thanks for being one of the good guys very much appreciated..

My husband went to this store rang the door bell needed a screen protector for his Verizon phone the guy looked right at him and walked away did not come to the door just ignored him because he was the wrong color I’m sure do better Verizon ??

Overall I had a good experience at this location (2200 W Nine mile on 6/19 12-1pm) because the representative was very engaging, pleasant, and knowledgeable. He ensured our needs were met, explaining all our options and making sure we got the benefits available to us. Overall he had a quite chipper attitude which is rare in customer service these days. I will say that the manager was rather lackluster (sat at a nearby table on his phone the whole time) but the sales rep took care of everything we needed.

So I switched to Verizon after being with AT&T for five years and it was a horrible experience. I haven’t even got my phone. I went to the store to pick it up and they said they didn’t have any stock so I left and I called Verizon to see what store I can pick it up at they said oh you can’t pick it up at the store you have to wait till it comes memorial day weekend, so OK well, then I’ll just wait till Tuesday get an email on Tuesday saying my order was canceled because I didn’t pick it up within three days. I’m not entirely sure how I’m supposed to pick up a phone that they say they don’t have which I truly believe that they had now. But this is a very bad interaction with Verizon for somebody who’s never been with them. Not to mention Pablo at the store was very rude and unprofessional he and his other coworker were talking about one of my friends Keyshawn. I don’t think they realize that I knew him and of course I didn’t say anything, but it’s very weird for people to talk about their coworkers to that extent while a customer is sitting right there. they were cussing, and just seeing so many bad things. Hopefully this location gets their stuff together but I mean it’s kind of like McDonald’s. You can expect much from people with these particular jobs.

Feeling pretty scummy after hearing they misquoted phone values at $300+ the MSRP on Verizon’s site and directed my wife to have an unqualified shop issue a repair. Buyer beware.
We’re are now left with a dud, non-OEM phone after their $0 trade in offer, while Verizon’s website displays nearly $500.

The crew at this location (9mile and pine forest) is OUTSTANDING, they really make you feel like your business matters and that you yourself are just as important if not more than the transaction! Specifically I'd like tp shout out Mr.Quan that works during the weekdays, this guy goes above and beyond and if he isnt a manager he should be! If not a mover and shaker in corporate, Verizon would sprry to lose someone like him!

What a great experience I had today at Verizon when trading in my apple XS phone. Quan helped me from start to finish. He was so personable & polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He took care of all I needed for my new apple 15 phone. He also showed me the 15 pro, in case I was interested in more GB or an even higher quality camera, but the phone felt too heavy in my hand. I wholeheartedly recommend the Verizon office on W. Nine Mi.Rd & Pine Forest Rd. Please, you must ask for Quan! You’ll be in excellent hands!
