My first time trying this place and honestly they’ve gained a new customer. I will be back. I can’t wait to bring my son in to have his feet done (I always check the vibes of somewhere before bringing him. Ya know, cause people judge.) they did an absolute fantastic job on my nails. Did EXACTLY what I asked for. Also, I was a walk in, at a busy time, and didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes to get seated and started. They were so friendly and welcoming.
Cleanliness: Super clean and cute.

Did a walk-in for a pedicure. Decided on the top of the line service. In the middle of the pedicure, i decided to go ahead and clean my nails up as well. You would think i was a regular with an appointment as well as they treated me. I did not have to wait and the atmosphere was comfortable, inviting, and CLEAN!!! Manicured hands down would recommend this place!!
Cleanliness: Salon was very clean and organized!!!

I received a pedicure. The hostess was very friendly and courteous. Mary was amazing! She has firm hands for massages and gentle hands for nail care. The massage chair was nice. The offered drinks. The pricing was amazing! My feet and back felt so good after she was finished. I will be going back when I visit Pensacola.

Stylist: Mary is experienced and very friendly. All communication was done with a smile. Today was my first visit, EVERYONE including the owner, Van, was so welcoming. I absolutely the customer service here!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
I need a break from life, & that’s exactly what I got at Van’s Salon Everybody was absolutely lovely. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, & overall a well needed break. ?? I had the luxury pedicure done today by Lynn, & OMG, the best pedicure I have ever gotten. She really took her time with everything & I felt pampered & well taken care of. Recommended Lynn 1000% I believe the owner was the one who did my eyebrows (I don’t remember her name) & she was absolutely lovely. I had a bad experience with somebody waxing half my eyebrow off from a different salon. However, I was confident that she knew exactly what she was doing. Overall, it’s a cute salon & I adore the energy & staff so very much!! ?

There is an up charge for anything possible. Nail shape, different colors, french manicure, and cuticle cutting were all $10-$15 up charges. Not only this, but the outcome of everyone's nails are awful. They are changing color, lopsided, messy and sloppy. The nail tech cut my fingers under my nails to the point they BLED. She was distracted and did an uneven amount of layers on my nails and was so rough with the cuticle cutting my nails are sore. The outcome of the french tip for my toes and my nails are awful. They don't even reach the ends of my nailsThe entire salon seemed to be rushed and hectic. Multiple people complained about the outcome of their nails only to be blown off. . I barely ever say i will never go back somewhere, but I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. UPDATE: The day after I went to get my pedicure, my big toe felt like it was on fire. I couldn't take how pain after an hour, I ended up going to urgent care in which I was told my toenail was INFECTED. it is infected to the point i am prescribed oral and topical antibiotics. So, if you are looking for a pedicure: DO NOT GO HERE

I drive a little further than I would need to, but when I am in pensacola, I think the drive is worth it. I have had 4 different techs between my hands and feet. They were all wonderful!!
Requested style: I bring in a picture of a design I like sometimes, and Ai does better than the picture. The luxury pedicure has made the passion in my foot a non issue. They are super friendly. Everyone is awesome!!
