I don't leave many reviews, this has to be one of the worst post office locations I've ever visited and that is saying something. I've been on this base for 15 years and the service here is ALWAYS awful, rude slow moving staff that clearly don't want to be there (and often aren't even though it's during posted hours). This location exemplifies the sad declination of USPS.

The woman that services the counter and wears a mask is incredibly rude and makes things unnecessarily difficult.

I repeatedly told the clerk, I was mailing to the US Virgin Islands, she INSISTED that my box mailing cost for a medium flat rate was going to be $100..marked it BRITISH Virgin Islands... Very unfriendly!! Will never go back there. Clerk was #18...honestly she was had NO idea what she was doing.

Woman who works there is nice but can’t be reached by phone and hours are laughable. Should have never got a PO Box here worst idea ever.

Fast service. Very friendly employee. Needed to mail a Mother's Day card and I didn't have postage. A quick weight check on the scale and 78 cents later I was good to go.

Had to mail a couple of items. Short wait. Asked for clerk's opinion on the best mailing option, which she provided with pricing. Had to call my partner at one point to get an address because there was no internet signal inside the building, and she was very understanding. Overall, a straightforward, pleasant experience, which I would have taken for granted, but given the abundance of negative reviews, I wanted to take the time to add this experience to the chatter.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The lady at the counter obviously hates her job and dealing with the public. If looks could kill, I’d be dead. Will definitely go out of my way to another post office to avoid this location.

Wish I could give 0 stars. But I had a package that was marked ready for pickup on Friday. I went in on Tuesday since they were closed the weekend and Memorial Day. The lady working the front desk was beyond rude and had an attitude for no reason. She told me that they will deliver the package to me yesterday. Said she didn’t want to look through the packages for mine. At the end of the day yesterday I got a notification from USPS my package was delayed a day. Even though she told me she scanned my package in on Friday and remembered it. She could have just given me my package but didn’t want to. Today Wednesday still no package but they delivered mail already. Let’s see if I get my package tomorrow or if they’ll just hold it and not let me pick it up since they don’t want to look for it. Went to the Fedex on base and was told that because I want to ship overseas I needed to go to the Post Office.. So I go inside with the things I want to ship and there isn't a box the size I need so I get in line so that I can ask if they have one. The lady proceeds to raise her voice at me "I'm not paid to help you, go to FedEx" (mind you it isn't even my turn yet, there are people in front of me) I let her know FedEx sent me there.. She gets more annoyed and says "well I'm not paid to help you" and keeps repeating that as I say okay and walk out. Didn't ask me one time what I needed nor did she allow me to say much at all. Worst experience I've ever had mailing anything. RUDE staff. I'll just go to a civilian place in town.

This is hands the worst post office in town. Even during the hours it should be open (which are very limited) it is often closed with a hand written sign saying ‘out to lunch.’ I have stopped by 3 times this week, dragging along my cranky 3 month old and every time it’s been randomly closed. It’s been that way for the 1.5 years I’ve lived here. Not impressed.

Showed up at 1230 and was refused service because she was gonna go to lunch. Lunch doesn’t start til 12:45 on the posted hours. Garbage post office

Customer service is awful. The place has ridiculously short hours and is almost never busy and yet the employees are always rude and snarky. If you ever need to ask a question or request they do something simple, prepared to be lectured instead of helped.If you can ship something another way do it.
