Went to drop off some packages. Most other usps’s were a bit run down or the employees just simply didnt care. Lady who took my packages and service was extremely nice and fast. Literally the only positive USPS service (this is also my first time going to this USPS) ive ever had in the past 2 years and that in itself is 5 star worthy

I want them to explain to me why it read on my tracking details that my package had arrived in pcola, but then got reissued and sent to New Orleans where it will now sit until after the holiday? Due date was 22nd,then today to now not til 28th. It was a gift for my daughter who I barely get to see bc I work on the road. Usps has always been more than a scourge with nefarious dealings like not being able to send only mail addressed to me. The rats need to be cleaned out and something more organized needs to be done. What they did here is an outright, blatant move on their part.. let me guess.. was it a diversity hire who, idk, CANT READ?? I'll make sure to go clean out of my way to not get anything delivered ever again by this outdated, mummy hiring, unprofessional delivery service. I'm done.

Etoulyou was the lady working when I came in to simply ask a question, I greeted her and wasn't greeted back with the same smile. She was rude and I don't know if it was because of how I look but I am sure going to say I will not be back. She made me feel uncomfortable and she needs to realize that treating everyone the same will be beneficial for all future endeavors.

The Clerk Nikki that’s in control over the locks of the mailboxes is one of the most unprofessional agents I’ve came across in my life! Rude for absolutely no reason! Her supervisor Desiree was so nonchalant when I expressed my concerns of Nikki’s behavior, very uncalled for she put me in an immediate uncomfortable state. Because of Nikki’s attitude towards me I’ve decided to close my entire box permanently at this location! Sad thing is the front desk staff(Cheryl and Kash) is really nice!

The staff is so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond, and unlike a previous review stated, I am happy to say that credit cards are happily accepted. This is a wonderful Post Office!

I left a review months and months ago regarding the giant potholes all through parking lot! As you can see they have gotten extremely bad causing vehicle issues and alignment problems! When will this be fixed!!!!! We pay money to have P.O. Boxes here and they can’t put some bags of asphalt in the giant holes!!! Who do I Send the bill to for the alignment on my vehicle?!?

So I sell flags I usually mail them at the book rate, because it's just a flag and much cheaper. She said it's not a book, I said I know but it identifies as a book it's 2022 and my flag was highly offended because it had to be mailed at the more expensive rate. So it's going to be a very upset flag when it arrives in Houston. 4 stars you could have more friendly so minus 1 star :)

They deliver the mail. There's this whole creed about how you can trust them to deliver the mail. Heroes, every one! They even deliver the junk. LoL ?
