Be prepared to pay $2.00 for them take a box for you if you fail to take your Amazon return. Another shop turned into nickel and dime you for profit.

The only UPS I would recommend. Fast service, all staff are professional and very kind! I have been to other UPS locations in Pensacola and service is not the same compared to this location. This location is the only that has digital scan for any returns other UPS locations require you to print them out since they don’t have a scanner. This place will help you pack and tape your shipment which is super convenient! Definitely recommend this place.

Marcus is an outstanding employee and awesome human being who goes the extra mile to help people. After a sudden layoff in January, I found that I had to go to this store often to ship things as part of moving out and wrapping up my affairs in this part of the world. I forgot to put some sensitive tax documents in an envelope, and when I called back to buy one, Marcus told me he would take care of it personally, and he gave me words of encouragement that I appreciated very much. Marcus is a reminder of not only why I patronized this location so often, but that there are still kind and good people in the world. The owner of the store will be hearing about him personally. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping someone down on their luck.

Hire people that know how to talk on the phone because the employees there now have zero customer service experience and are horrible over the phone! Guy sounded like he had problems opening his lips!
