Would not accept a box of batteries due to a label on the box. UPS delivered the box of batteries. I ship this same product in the same box via UPS on a regular occasion. Just not at this terribly managed store. The owner was dismissive of any consideration. UPS should disassociate. Go to any other UPS store. The store a few minutes west by Publix is a fantastic location with outstanding service.

I normally didn't like to return items due to the hassle, but The UPS store makes it hassle free returning Amazon items.

They are quick, never have any issues getting it to where it needs, people don't talk much but are very friendly and make sure you understand how the shipping works.

They were so nice!! When you come into the store, they greet you with a smile and ask you how they can help you!!! They packed all of my gift bags in a smaller box than I would have used which saved me money! Also, they put all of my gift bags in a plastic bag to protect them during shipping! They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied with their shipping experience:)

Go to any other ups store. Janice at this store which is apparently is the owner acted like she would go out of business for having to use about 10” of packing tape. Very rude and honestly runs a very unprofessional store.
