Dropped off a box with pre paid shipping label. Was in and out in like 90 seconds. Employees were very nice and efficient, would visit this location again.

I LOVE THIS UPS STORE!! Thank you, employees for your patience, efficiency, and kindness.
You can drop off USPS packages here which is so convenient, and something that not all UPS stores offer. They also have a convenient scan and go RETURNs packages area that theres nearly never a line for so you can get in and out if you’re just returning something from Amazon.

HUGE GRATITUDE TO KIONA!!!!!!!! I came in with a TON of Amazon returns that was delivered unusually way too late for an out of town baby shower. I was clueless because I’ve never returned items before. Although there were others customers steadily coming in, KIONA went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Turns out the returns needed packaging, I had hit the wrong return choices making it complicated with so many items, and was getting very embarrassed and uncomfortable with the scenario. She handled it all although she didn’t have to. …And she did it with kindness and patience while keeping up with other customers continually coming in and assisting them too. - I’m 51 years old and I’m a Manager myself. Her assistance was impeccable!!! It’s just not something you see these days! The average employee would have rolled their eyes, pushed me to the side until I figured it out, and been more than a little irritated. - Kiona: Ty for all you did, and more importantly, how you did it!! - To Management: You have a very an incredible and extremely rare employee! She’s kind, well spoken, very professional while maintaining a friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable, and willing to go above her job requirements. I can only hope you are aware of how great she is and she’s rewarded accordingly . Because of her alone, I’ll be returning to your location for all of my postal needs in the future and encouraging others to do so as well (even though there’s a closer location to me in Perdido Key).

My nephew was home for his brother’s memorial and had a medical emergency that required him to go back to CA. Of course, his mother, my sister went with him. She forgot a small bag, so we took it to the UPS Store on Blue Angel and paid $50.00 to express ship it to a UPS store near Stanford Hospital for my sister to pick up. The scheduled arrival date was on Wednesday. My sister left her very sick son, andwhen she arrived at the store on Wednesday, she was told that her package had been sent back to Pensacola because your store failed to put her phone number on the ticket. She calls us, upset and we called your store. Talked to Thomas, or Tom and he was not friendly or helpful. He told us that we should have called the UPS store in California and given them my sisters cell number. WHAT??? We paid you $50.00 to get the package to her, so why would we have had to make calls to a store in CA??? Absolutely no one told us at YOUR location that we would have to do this. We were told by Tom at your location that we would not be getting a refund. Why? It was not our fault. We were also told by him that he would call us when the package arrived back at your store. Never got a call. My sister has been through hell and needed the items in her bag that she left behind. It’s only $50.00 but we are not letting this go and we will never use this location again.

Just dropped off SEVERAL packages (a few Amazon, return Comcast modem, shipping a gift..) and the young lady who helped us, named Kiona, was so so sweet, helpful, and incredibly patient with us and all of our chaos!! It was literally as painless as could be, and I won't hesitate to come back! Thank you for the amazing, swift, professional, and kind service Kiona, we appreciate you!! Keep up the good work!!

Worked with Tom on packing and shipping some important items from FL to AZ. I was very concerned as they are valuable and one of a kind items. He assured me they would be packed well and they were. I received them as promised and in great condition. Thank you so much!

Shipped a Mother’s Day gift on 5/10. UPS still shows it hasn’t been picked up from the store. Called the store and was berated by the employee saying that they shipped it and it’s not their responsibility. I called UPS and they have no record of receiving the package. Called the store back and they said they would start an investigation. Tried to call and ask some questions and was met with very aggressive angry woman saying it’s not their fault. I asked to start a claim for a lost package and was told I would need to produce receipt for gift and I said that was not a problem she said well we don’t really do that. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable and apparently only works from 8a to 12p some days. I tried to call back and no one answers my number. Still waiting for an update or some information or something. Out over $100 and still no one cares. Oh my Mom is 80 and has dementia. I will save myself the trouble and just go straight through UPS or even USPS next time. I guess I will contact my bank and at least recover the shipping charge. This is the reason a lot of small businesses go under, you try to support them and get pushed to the side because you don’t matter.
