The NEW owner is Great the Review Below was for the prvious owner. The new people treat everybody with respect and they help me when I have packages and thy have never said a word about my Service Dog except to open the door for me.
I was shipped an Amazom package with a label taped to it no box or packaging. I wanted to return the $18 item, and had a RFID code for a label. The Short little fat lady wanted $18 for a box, and stated "That's the way it had to be!" I called Amazon and an Amazon supervisor told me to put it it a trash bag, tape it up and give it to them with the RFID code. He also issuesd me a $20 Amazon credit and asked me to give them the email. The man with the "Man Bun" was arrogant, and wouldn't take the e-mail. This was suppsedly a "Veteran Owned Store", I'm sure the fat little lady "Knew" a lot of veterans but being "Veteran Owned" is a advertisement gimmick in Pensacola.

*Edit** As I appreciate the explanation, the experience was still poor and the demeanor of your response reflects the environment you create for customers. I will not be removing my review, as it is a depiction of experience for other customers. While you state the notary experience was her BOYFRIEND, she was still rude to other customers including myself. My review clearly had no foul intentions but your response was less than professional. Have a great day.*
Went here on Saturday and was treated poorly by Jasmine and noticed she had a poor attitude to other customers and staff. There was a gentleman getting his document notarized and she blatantly said ‘can I have your ID’ with no explanation. The fellow asked why and she rudely said to him, ‘cause it’s needed to notarize’ and gave him a bad look. He obviously did not know that was needed and nicely asked why. On Google the hours for Saturday state that they close at 3, but when people showed up at 2:45 she annoyingly told them through the door that they were closed and pointed to the hours sign. On my way out, I noticed that it did in fact say Saturdays close at 2:30 but online it’s different. She could’ve politely spoken to customers and been more respectful. I do NOT want her to lose her job over this review but please speak to people more nicely and with a smile. Mean looks and rude demeanor is not okay. I understand people are burnt out right now, but please be respectful.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at UPS Store#2927 located on 4051 Barrancas Ave. in Pensacola, FL. My purpose for visiting the store was to have my child's brand new set of Apple AirPods Max headphones packaged and shipped to him in NC. These headphones were a result of his hard work at McDonald's, and he requested that I send them to him while he spends the summer with his dad in NC. Unfortunately, my package never made it beyond the store premises.
I am grateful for tracking numbers because they provided me with valuable information about the whereabouts of my package. However, the owner of the store, "Randy," displayed a remarkable level of rudeness and condescension when I questioned him about the missing package. Despite my concerns, he insisted that it had been delivered. I find this perplexing because, according to the tracking number, the package was never scanned to leave the store.
For anyone considering utilizing this particular UPS Store on Barrancas Avenue, I strongly advise you to obtain insurance for your package and retain all receipts and tracking information until it reaches its final destination. Failing to do so may result in a highly frustrating and regrettable experience, as I unfortunately encountered. If I had the option, I would rate their service with a zero. This review serves as a way to raise awareness and prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

I have always had smooth service at this location but I noticed and exceptional employee, Jasmine, acting in a kind and patient manner with a rude customer.

I just had the best experience with the new staff. I have been coming to this store for years and never felt warm vibes from the old staff. Now there is a new owner. The team was so helpful and welcoming. I am so glad I can go back to using this UPS.

Been coming here for years for notary services after the new owners came and got rid of the staff they never have anyone on site to notarize.

The new owner of this location is a racist, do your community a favor and go to another location. The 2 closest ones are on Blue Angel Pkwy & Cervantes I believe. There is also one on mobile hwy. If you're a regular frequenter of this location and wondering why there are no familiar employees, that's why.
