Went to this location today for an Amazon return. I will NEVER go back. The lady that worked there was rude, unprofessional and pretty scary. She snapped off on me and a few other customers on a rant yelling at the top of her lungs. When I got to her register, I told her how unprofessional that was and she blew me off and said whatever. You really need to do a wellness check on this lady because I have never seen a worker act in this manner. Not a good look at all for your business. Warning to others stay away! Her badge said “Tracey”.

This was the best experience I’ve had doing a background check. I was nervous because I have sweaty hands which prevents good fingerprints. The worker calmed me down, validated my condition by naming it (!), and helped me through it. I was in and out in 5 minutes. I was expecting longer due to previous experiences. I’m so grateful for this team member who helped me today. Thank you for not judging and helping me when I was struggling.

Best store location around!!! I usually have the pleasure of getting help from the same two young gentleman and I’m so grateful I do because they are by far the most patient and helpful young guy’s ever! I’m always coming in with Amazon returns and lots of them and sometimes I’m organized and well at times I’m rushed but they never make ya feel bad they still go out of their way to help. They deal with some random people and issues I’ve seen coming in there and they are always always kind to everyone no matter who they are or what they look like.
They have been there several years now and we could take a lesson from their book…be kind to everyone no matter who they are!
Thank you Guys for always giving 110%!!!

I was greeted when I came into the store and did not have to wait in line clerk number 16966 was very helpful answered all my questions and even offered if I wanted to do tracking on the package paperwork. He explained everything so I could understand the process and he thanked me for my business before I left. He was very friendly and professional. Great job!
