Super rude. The employee kept making rude comments throughout the transaction and then saying she’s just joking. Super unprofessional. If I were management I’d want to know how my employees were treating customers.

Very rude staff. Save yourself the headache and go to any other UPS; the one on Barrancas is great. I wish I’d read the reviews on this location beforehand. I never leave reviews, but this experience warranted it.

I came in the store with labels from Best Buy to ship phones back to AT&T I had to pay for packaging and the ladies there gave me a small receipt for the transaction. So almost 2 months later they have not received the phones . I came back to the store and they have nothing for the shipping or transaction. Even though I have a specific date and time from the purchase of the container to ship. I feel like my property was stolen. Buy employees given there are no records of them shipping my phones. Now because of this I will loose my cell carrier because I have to pay for these phone. $1100.00

This was probably the most helpful UPS store I have ever been next to the Navarre store. Misty was very helpful and even went above and beyond in my opinion.

This place is wild. Multiple staff members have a nasty mouth and an attitude. I felt harassed four out of four visits. Makes me laugh really. Even at walmart the people talk crazy 2 you.

When the manager was weighing my parcel (I had 3 separate letters), he put all 3 letters on the scale instead of 1 3 separate times so I would be charged more. I then refused to pay the higher price and and he then withheld the unmailed letters behind the desk and refused to give them back to me, saying “I need to pay the rent.” No one is obligated to pay especially concerning a fraudulent billing attempt with inaccurate weight of the parcel assessed. Only when he saw I was serious about getting the police on the phone did he return my property back to me, he wanted to withhold it if I did not call them. If you go there expect a higher bill compared to a standard postal office and bad service from management

1/9/25 Dear UPS Store Owner, I am updating this based on your response. I will be sending you my contact information via the email address you provided so we can discuss my mistreatment by your staff further.
I'd like to offer you some public advice...When a customer gets mistreated and turned away after their stuff was thrown on the floor...Your response should not be to try and make them look bad for being justifiably upset and frustrated. The correct response is to say that you are dealing with the problem and you are taking corrective action. Your response only demonstrates why your store is a mess.
Also...After the incident at your store...I went right over to the UPS store on 9th avenue. The ladies there were happy to take my business. They laughed at the idea that the package was to heavy (It was 88 lbs and they said the limit is 150lbs) and they let me know they were excited because I paid $1,400.00 for the shipping due to insuring the equipment for the value of it (50K) and it was a nice sale for them.

This store has TERRIBLE service. The store manager’s name is Jasmine. She was incredibly rude and threw my package onto the floor because she said it was too heavy for them to take and to prove her point she picked it And dropped it. When I complained about her rudeness and how she threw my package on the ground, she said she was going into the back to call the police on me. I waited around for the police to show, but they never did. I demanded the owner‘s phone number and they gave me a number, but it turned out to be a fake number

Avoid this location at all costs. While most of the staff is friendly, those in upper management are incredibly rude with no ability to resolve or meet simple customer request. As others have mentioned, I have also had a package lost here at this location earlier this year. It was resolved by a loss item claim through UPS. The package was never updated after my initial drop off. I visited the location to check and see if my package was still there, if it never made it on the truck, then where did it go? Take your money and valuable goods elsewhere. These locations are privately owned franchises, obviously the owner of this location has no care or consideration for customer support, services or security.

John was the only one working this morning and was everything any business would dream to have in an employee. I believe in pointing out when someone is doing incredible work so I needed to share in hopes the store owner takes notice.
He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable as there was a steady stream of 5-7 people mainly returning items. The way he was managing the line and clearly working hard was above and beyond. I hope this level of hard work can be rewarded in some way. Keep crushing it John!

My son made an error and mail off the wrong package to Spectrum. He did not find out until after five; he called the store and Johnathan answered friendly and my son explained his plight to him. Johnathan made a call and call my son and told him to pick up the package; course with receipt. So if you have to wait in line ; it is a busy business. The service is good .
