I almost always rely on UPS on Cervantes, in Pensacola, store 5202.
Today, I received the most exceptional service from Sherry. I required too much assistance (my opinion), and Sherry was the most patient and helpful person i have ever encountered at any UPS store. I was stressed, and she was an unflappable problem-solver. I am grateful.

Had a great experience at this store, a woman named Sherry was very helpful. She was very friendly and got her job done efficiently while multitasking. I will be coming here for notarizing or making copies or any mailing needs.

I am updating my review to a 5 Star. Why? Because the owner himself called me . He owned their mistake, let me know that they have worked internally to get it corrected, and what they could have done better. I went back in and he even let me know when my international package was delivered. I appreciate his integrity and his work as a small business owner.

Beware!!! If you have something that needs to be shipped that requires you to actually purchase a package and a label, you must go WAY before they close.
They would not help me and I got there before closing time. I don’t understand why you say you’re open till 3 PM if you won’t take the customer that comes in? My life is very busy and I scheduled myself to get there before 3.
The young man told me “he had a life outside of there “
Ok. But then please advertise that you’re not accepting customers . Please make it known that if you need to ship something you must come 30 minutes before they close.
If you’re going to close the register before closing time, then change your closing time.

I dread going here bc of the older man w grey hair ( unfortunately I think he is the store manager). He is rude, tells inappropriate jokes, and just makes me so uncomfortable. How is he still there and a manger?!?!?
