Kenny is an excellent employee. He handled a very busy period with some challenging customers with ease, never got flustered and was incredibly professional and efficient. All of this while running the shop solo. Great work and thank you for your help!

I had an unclear tracking number from a copy of receipt provided to me, it was not pulling up any tracking data. I called this store where the package was sent and spoke to Andrelle. She took the time to do some research, troubleshoot and provided me with the correct tracking number giving me peace of mind my package was on the way.... all while her store was busy with in person customers! She even advised me that the tracking number on the waybill is much clearer than that of the receipt for next time! Grateful to Andrelle for being so kind, patient, detailed and exceptional in her customer service:)

The gentlemen here today was SO kind! I think maybe he’s a manager. He really helped us out and was a pleasure to work with! We didn’t know about the new charge for printing and emailing. He saved us an extra trip and took care of our packages. A smile really goes a long way!

I went in for printing. The older gentleman gave me a sheet with an email and I was working in copying it done. The other employee literally snatched it from in front of me to hand to her customer. I waited patiently and asked for it back. The customer (not the employee) handed it to me. I noticed more sheets with the email next to the register she could have grabbed. Went on to complain about having too many packages behind her, which hello its UPS. Just rude and bad attitude over all. I believe her name was Andrell.

I had a package delivered that required a signature so an option with the vendor was to have it be delivered here. When placing the order, there was no information that stated there would be an additional fee. When I went to pick up the package the same day it arrived, this location said I had to pay a $20 fee since I do not have a mailbox there. The fee was reportedly for storage and handling. This represented 1/3 of the total purchase price so I requested they return it to the sender. After calling the vendor with my experience, they reportedly have a contract with UPS that prohibits additional fees. Needless to say, I will not be using this store anymore for any of my shipping needs. Would give zero stars if I could.
