I recently had to contact State Farm - Tyler Kercher’s office. I had the blessing of talking to Adriana. With just a few questions, Adriana got to the heart of my question and explained very clearly what was needed to achieve a positive outcome. I was impressed at her knowledge and skill within the insurance profession. I commented that I was happy to get connected with someone with so much experience and knowledge. I asked how long she had been in the field. I was surprised to hear that she was relatively new to insurance! She was confident, articulate, and proficient. Adriana quickly and successfully addressed my insurance issue. Kudos to Tyler Kercher for choosing to hire the talented Miss Adriana.

I just want to take the time to highlight the incredible job that Ms Lauren has done so many years for us at State Farm. Ms Lauren and all of her talents, abilities, attitudes, cognitive attributes, personality, social skills, language articulation, and the kind of human being that she is are the reasons why we have stayed as State Farm and have not gone to explore the insurance market. We know the incredible company that State Farm is and the longevity that we have had with y’all but it is because of her that we have stayed! The thought of starting all over again with someone else that takes the same time and care is unthinkable!

I have had very good customer service with State Farm agents, first with Finis Calvert, and now with Tyler Kercher. Especially Drew Miller and Juliegha Baez, who helped me figure out which available discounts would help lower my premium and, most recently, Juliegha made me aware of age-related advantages and helped me rework my policy so I still have very good coverage at reduced cost. Members of my family have had accounts with State Farm since the 1960s and we have always considered State Farm to be the fairest in claim adjudication and the best in customer service.

Even though looking for insurance can be a painful experience, Tyler Kercher's branch and the agent I worked with, Juliegha Baez, made my recent policy change interaction pleasant and she was even able to save us a little money.
