“There were three noteworthy employees at this location:
1. Sean was a saving grace when it came to installing a hitch on our Honda! He let me know ahead if time of what his work schedule was since he was the only one able to do the maintenance. Then penciled us in last minute the next day! Professional and courteous!
2. Isaiah was expeditious with completing our reservation on the day of pick up. He installed our 4x9 trailer and briefed us on good towing practices before heading off.
3. Cybreuna was the people's champ later in the day. After packing up our 26' truck I needed to come back to get the auto trailer installed. I did not have knowledge on how to do so. Even though it was at the end of her shift, she stayed to ensure that we felt comfortable operating each part of the rigging system to secure out car for towing.
The only issue was we got charged for a utility dolly and did not receive it. After getting home I forgot we had one in the shed, so it was not needed. Due to our time crunch I did not have time to get this rectified before moving out of state.”

“If you’re a military family doing a PCS, this is the Uhaul location to go to! Seriously, drive out of your way if you have to, just go here.
My husband and I dropped off our 15’ Uhaul at Blue Angel Uhaul when we first moved here. There was a woman outside who helped us with parking and the drop off process. She was incredibly kind and patient.
Fast forward to now, 10 months later, we are PCSing again and decided to use this location due to our previous positive experience. Being a military move, logistics (dates/duration/needs) changed about 6 times in a span of 24 hours, but every time I had to call to ask about something or adjust my reservation, anyone I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably patient and kind with us. They have generous military discounts and remembered to put our dollies and furniture pads in the truck for our after hours pickup.
Our truck was clean and the interior didn’t smell like cigarettes. (Our 15’ Uhaul from our last move did… and was filthy.)
Only cons: We wanted a 20’ truck and they didn't have any so we got a 26’ which was a big bummer due to gas costs/maneuverability etc. The tank was only at 1/4 full on pickup, so that altered our plans a bit.
But again, overall, this location is AMAZING and I highly recommend using it, especially for military moves!!”

“This place is used only for U-Hauls and U-Haul storage and I love that part about it. They picked up the phone quickly and were able to answer all of my questions. We explained and proved that the truck was absolutely filthy and mistreated before we got it and they were very apologetic. The area surrounding this location felt pretty sketchy to me but I felt safe on the property.”

“Rented a motorcycle trailer for vacation. From Illinois, found out I couldn’t keep the trailer at the condo I rented. Which was just wonderful to find out last minute. Anyways I contacted this location. They allowed me to store the trailer at their lot. Free of charge. Wonderful customer service, extremely friendly. Nothing was wrong with the Trailer, it was protected and untouched when I came to pick it up. Extremely thankful to them. Love Pensacola, been coming for years now. if I ever need U-Haul in the area again. I’ll definitely come to them.”
“They are expensive in general. I opted to get boxes from grocery and dollar stores because U-Haul does not have a "leave a box-take a box program" anymore, at least not in Pensacola, FL.BUT, with that said, the U-Haul facility on Pine Forest Rd in Pensacola is both unique and less expensive with $0.99 for a small box as opposed to $159 from the one down the street, be careful though. Not all the prices are lower and they don't carry all the things you may need from U-Hall. The people at this store and the one down the street are helpful, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable.I'd go back again because of the people.”
