I wish there were a 0 star option. They lock their bathrooms so you gotta see the cashier, and if they're busy you can just forget about using the bathroom here.

*** NOBODY'S CARDS WORK HERE *** Not a Tom Thumb anymore! It converted to Cumberland Farms. Since it converted, I thought I would try it again as it is so convenient. But NO, The gas pumps did not take any of my cards again! Just like the other posts!!! Yes, my cards work everywhere else but NEVER at this place no matter what you name it! So I go in to pay the cashier and he said that 'Nobody's cards work here!" WOW! So the owners don't even care. This is a great location for us locals but I bet they lose a lot of us because we have to treat it like it doesn't exist! Face it, we like to top off our tank. We will see if Cumberland Farms wants our business and now that the Station on Airport by SAMS/Lowes has reopened! Maybe they will get there act together. Oh by the way the employees were super nice! and I was in a hurry to even look around at the drinks/food stuff.

Bathrooms were closed for the night, 03/15/23. They want you to fill up there and buy things and then don't let people use the restroom.

Was just here. Tried YET AGAIN to buy gas. Your system which had previously rejected my cards, finally started accepting them. Now, it's rejecting them again.I was told by the clerks that it could be the $100 hold. NONSENSE. My balances aren't that high.I'm going to be using Circle K from now on. FYI: they processed my payment with THE SAME CARD seamlessly.You can't seem to get your junk together.I wonder how many others have had this issue.

Son went on with a $20 and got 2 cokes, came out with 75 cents. I went in and said he handed a $20 the person is refusing to listen. Said come back tomorrow but we aren't from here.

Britt here is always super sweet and attentive. She always greets me right away and she keeps the store immaculate when she is in here. She even gave me directions last time I was in town.

Late night after clubbing, I rolled in with my car making strange noises. Engine trouble. Britt went out of her way to make sure I was safe & comfortable until AAA arrived. I couldn't help to notice, she was putting up with a lot of rudeness from late-night eccentric-types. I made sure to tip her. 5 stars!
