The food is horrible at this Tom Thumb , I brought chicken livers they were over cooked and hard like a brick. If I was near by I would go back and get my money back ???

You need to change your store hours because I was just informed you are closed from 2:00 to 3:00 a.m. every night to get a deliveries. When did you start doing this and why? I don't understand why you can't still sell merchandise while a vendor brings stuff in.

What's happened with Tom Thumbs? Everything is more expensive than anywhere else. I can get a Monster iced coffee for 2.50 anywhere else, and these guys want 3.50. Starbucks drinks are 5 bucks. Are you kidding me? A small bag of Dots pretzels for 5.50. 5.50! While I was there, so many walked in the food area and walked right out. Their gas is .15 higher than anywhere else. RIP to all Tom Thumbs.

Airport and Pensacola Blvd location need to be a little more attentive to their employees. I mean to be slapped in the face by the loud odor of marijuana pertruding from either of the two young ladies is beyond disrespectful. It’s not what you do but how and that is NOT the way!

Very friendly employees usually. Clean mostly and decent gas prices. The bad is that their food is always a disaster. Their roller grill items are never available. Either they don’t keep pace with sales so everything is cooking or when there are finally items ready there are no buns. Annoying for sure.

I needed some money from a point of sale off my plasma card and as I was going to purchase a orange. As the excellent staff member understands this she suggested that I instead of spending 1.30$ on a orange I purchase a cup of ice, instead for .24¢. so I did and she gave me the orange as it was unsalable due to its time being there unsold. Thank you dear for giving me something from this great state. And keeping our of being rubbish

This Tom Thumb is old school. It has the "Real Time Cafe" inside for "Real." haha. Some of the pumps are out but #7 worked in "Real Time." haha. Will def return, for "Real."

It was a clean looking store with a good layout and nice selection of products. The employees were great on this visit. I've been a patron of the store for a long time, and have pretty much only seen nice friendly employees. That's the store's best attribute in my opinion.

OMG! The black guy with the braids (full disclosure...i'm black) who works there is always so rude and unfriendly. If you don't like your job, then quit and find another one and stop ruining my day with your funky attitude. You are not at all cut out for customer service. Who hired you anyways? Your family must own the business.

Excellent workers I am disabled the pump did not print out a receipt they brought the receipt out to my car to me they also brought me a free Coke since it was free Coke Friday excellent service will be back again

Religious zealots should not be allowed to impose their beliefs on customers. Local law should not be ignored based on an employee's personal agenda. Management at this establishment used a personal religious agenda to misinform employees of local law which limited sales, reduced company income and created a negative image of an outstanding organization. This same management failed to change advertising for months on a product that they overcharged per advertising causing employees who work awful hours to also have to deal with upset customers for months due to their negligence. I feel for these people who are asked to lie over and over again n behalf of corrupt management. I have had excellent service for the past year until recently. Something has gone wrong in the past few months.
