They have the large Fountain cups hidden get up to the counter and start checking out they don't remind me that there's a deal where I could save $2 if I put my phone number in like the Circle K does and then when she tells me the total there's a sign little tiny written note on the counter underneath my cigarettes that she put down that says exact change only no debit. So I didn't give my change back it cost me $5 more than it would have across the street that's crazy terrible terrible visit

I was unaware that you could only use 2-3 creams in your coffee and this location. I've been coming here for 5 years putting 8-10 creams in my coffee because that's what I like and how I drink my coffee. The older white lady was just very rude to my sister and I. Instead of mentioning a extra charge for the cream she yelled at us saying "Thats enough cream for two cups of coffee lady" after watching us like we were stealing and not paying patrons. Maybe it was our skin color because she didn't say anything to the white man filling up two big jugs of with ice that were not Tom Thumb cups. If there is a limit to how much cream I can have in my coffee there should be signage stating that. Also, even if there was a limit on cream, I make enough money to pay extra. Her response could've been "Hey ladies my the way, there's a limit on creamer but if you want extra it would be a small upcharge." that would've been more pleasant than watching us like a hawk and thinking we were stealing. We literally have two cups of BOLD coffee and 6 creamers each.

Cashier this morning was very very rude she didn't give me my receipt. Her attitude needs to be adjusted and it would be best for the company she be fired.Tom thumb store isn't making any money because you have a female that is rude towards your customers.The female I'm talking about is the woman that's taller in the picture.Because of her rudeness I will not be shopping at that store ever again getting coffee.

SCAM ALERT: the ATM here now does the scam thing where it only allows you to "check your balance", secretly your bank is going to charge you like $2.00 for that, and only after you fall for the extortion scam does the ATM offer the option to then buy my own money out of my own bank account after I just got tricked into being extorted for $2 for nothing. DO NOT EVER USE THE ATM HERE OR ACROSS THE STREET. I usually do my shopping across the street at Circle K through the week. I use their ATM every 2 weeks, and it's a ripoff. I noticed the fee for the ATM here is lower. I tried the ATM here, and it scammed me into paying $2 to check my balance. That won't ever happen again. I decided to come in today to get a few things with the lower prices and different selection than across the street. The punk behind the counter thought I was a teenage hoodlum or something. He told me to put my "bookbag" on the ATM. I'm disabled too; thanks. I just left and went to Circle K. The prices may be higher, but they don't act like I'm going to rob the place when I go there every other day. I won't be coming back. It's a wonder this place is even still in business.

I usually do my shopping across the street at Circle K through the week. I use their ATM every 2 weeks, and it's a ripoff. I noticed the fee for the ATM here is lower. I tried the ATM here, and it scammed me into paying $2 to check my balance. That won't ever happen again. I decided to come in today to get a few things with the lower prices and different selection than across the street. The punk behind the counter thought I was a teenage hoodlum or something.
