Why the hell is it like a sauna in this store. Can't even look through clothes without pouring sweat and soaking your shirt! You hear an air system running but clearly not working. I finally said F it and dropped the arm full of clothes and ran out so I could breathe JesusFChrist

Although the clothing didn’t fit my body’s proportions, the staff were very helpful in helping me try to find what would work for me. Lindsey helped me look for different clothes as I’m trying to find my new size postpartum, and she worked so hard trying to make sure I left the store with something that made me feel good and fit right. Thanks Lindsey!

Needs a larger stock of sizes in shoes. Was out of most sizes. But still had these sweet New Balance.

I tried to buy a hat and more products. No sales person came up to me or acknowledge I was there. So proceeded to use the ladder to obtain a hat on wall. I did not see the sign on ladder that said employee only until after the fact. A short African girl told me to leave the store. I was shocked by her and left the store without question. I still can't believe I was abruptly and rudely spoken. Dr. Flores.

1 customer in the store other than myself. I saw at least 5 employees in the store. No greeting upon entering the store, I was looking for a item I had a picture of sent to me from my daughter. Nobody offered assistance, I finally found the item, stood at the register while 2 employees had a conversation and basically for all intense purposes said nothing, and I walked away intending to put the item back and leave. However, since it was for my daughter, I changed my mind. I walked back to the register and waited several minutes for one of the employees to return to the register. Once again, the employee said absolutely “nothing”, not a “hi”, “how are you”,”did you find what you needed”, not one word. I paid, still nothing!! My suggestion to shoppers. Don’t let retailers dictate how you will shop with them!! I try to shop local, but if this is what retailers are accepting in there stores as customer service……Hello Amazon! I refuse to spend my hard earned money at retailers that allow this type of service to happen!!! They know it is happening and choose to do nothing in fear of loosing staff. By the way, even though I wasn’t spoken to, I did say “thank you”! It’s the right thing to do regardless.

I frequent shopping at Tillys, and was anticipating to find a lot of clothing here. Having never visited this location before, I was admittedly let down. While the store is average-sized, a large portion to the store is reserved for accessories. A huge part, really. None of the styles offered during my visit caught my eye, so I left empty-handed.

I worked for this store for like 6 months and it was amazing. My coworkers became like family. So yeah, it was a great experience.
