Best car wash in Pensacola! The staff were all attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable on the different washes they offer!
Special shout-out to Mike who was so incredibly detailed during the pre-wash and even coming over to me while I was vacuuming out my car and asked if I needed my mats rinsed off. Honestly, Tidal Wave Pensacola is above and beyond the rest!

Great wash! Owen provided quick and friendly service while signing my car up for the X4 monthly! This wash makes my car look new again! And the best part is I don’t have to pay each time I come through with the benefit of my new monthly pass?

A white guy with longer hair swiped my card for me and asked if I wanted to upgrade. I politely declined, but he awkwardly tried to convince me for about a minute, displaying cringe-worthy mannerisms and character.
After going through the car wash, the same guy approached me again as I exited and followed me to the vacuum area. He criticized how I parked and once more tried to get me to upgrade. This guy is weird, a bit scary, and unprofessional. If you go, be cautious.

UPDATE: Owen, the site leader at the location, contacted me about what happened. He was very apologetic & did everything to make up for what happened! I can not thank him enough! I would like to reiterate, I did not have an issue w/ the facility, which is excellent & the washes are very good! My issue was I was charged higher than told & then the response I rcvd from corporate “customer service”, which was not “customer” oriented at all! Thank you Owen for a much better experience! I will be back!??

BEWARE‼️ If you join the membership, VERIFY the clerk signed you up for what you were told!!! ??? While the car wash itself is great, my issue is with being lied to when the clerk talked me into the membership (which would have been good if he had been honest & gave me what I was told). I went out of town & when I returned I went to the site to check my email was correct & made the discovery. I immediately cancelled the service online! When reviewing my bank statement, I saw I was charged. I called the corporate customer service & explained the situation. I explained I cancelled the membership because I was charged a much higher rate than expected. That the clerk signed me up for a HIGHER service from what was originally bought! My son was w/ me, & he verified what we were told. I was told there was NOTHING they could do! I would have had to cancel prior to the charge, even though I explained why & I’ve only used the service ONE other time (which was BEFORE the charge)! ?? Had I KNOWN I was being signed up for a HIGHER service, I would not have signed up in the first place & gladly cancelled prior! Unfortunately I TRUSTED & had FAITH I was signed up for the CORRECT service! Obviously, my good faith was WRONG, & their customer service could care less! I again was told NOTHING could be done, but “they would still check into it. Also, I can continue to use the service until the period ends”, (which is in about a week)! NO THANK YOU‼️ I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE‼️ I would prefer to support an HONEST not DECEIVING company!??

An excellent example of the quick-service car wash concept. Like most of these kinds of places, however, it uses harsh brushes that WILL create swirling in your paint. There's no getting around it, really. If this doesn't bother you then it's a good service and the employees are helpful. Drying and vacuum stations are plentiful and clean.

Best drive-through car wash I’ve ever been through. Attentive staff did a pretty good job scrubbing 500 miles of bugs from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida from the grill before entering the wash. The final rotating fluffy chamois spinner did a good job absorbing water to minimize spots. Nice wide bays under a shade awning with vacuums, glass cleaner bottles, and towels made it comfortable to put the finishing touches on the wash.
