After 50 yr membership AAA left us hanging with dead battery...after 3 hr wait told us too buzy to get to us...to call somebody elseCall Thompson-Walden to add Roadside assist to policy..cost a fraction what AAA charges..a no brainer here..

I can't say enough good things about Thompson-Walden Insurance. This company is truly fantastic in every which way. They treat you like family and fight for your best interests. I recently reached out to Thompson-Walden regarding auto insurance & renters insurance needs. April Lackey was amazing, she was super responsive. April shopped around and helped me and my fiancé find great rates and saved us a ton of money from our existing policies. I'm glad to be with Thompson-Walden now and look forward to continuing to do business with them in the years to come.

I called and spoke with Kelly at this insurance agency concerning a young lady I know who is near and dear to my heart. I loved her customer service and caring manner. First impressions go a long with me! I do not know if she will be able to help my young friend or not but thats okay. I just wanted to share my first impressions with everyone. I will definitely send business her way if anyone were to ask for recommendations for insurance in the Pensacola area.
