Their fees are too high almost tripled everyone else's. I will not be going back. I didn't like the fact after my taxes got done.I left with no paperwork.. that was kind of strange to me....

so my Ps4 controller gave out on me christmas eve, went to game stop, sold out, went to walmart, sold out, then i came here.so happens they were sold out as well, but they were nice enough to go and double check their storage unprompted. alas all they could come up with was a broken controller lol.defeated, i started to make my way out before stopping to inquire what was wrong with the broken controller, to which he told me the analog sticks werent functioning as intended... I play games that rely on the D-pad instead the joysticks, the moment i expressed my interest in the broken controller, my guy picks it up and tosses it to with a smile and a hearty merry christmas!i dont know they're names, but thanks for the christmas gift guys, it works great on TEKKEN 7 and have literally had no issues with it, thanks guys! Merry Christmas!

My friend and i had went to Cash America to try and sell two silver coins. We got there 30 - 45 minutes til closing and waited in line for approx. 20 minutes listening to two of the employees argue. Both employees seemed to be angry because more customers kept walking in. Aftee waiting in line for twenty minutes we were told that the guy who deals with the silver was not there and she couldn't do anything without him seeing them. They were very unprofessional and inattentive. We went to the pawn shop and tax service on Pensacola blvd. at 9 minutes til closing and was given what we asked for on our coins and within five minutes were out the door. Thanks Steve and Mike, you guys are the greatest. Very professional and very attentive to your customers. You guys deserve a raise.

Always top notch customer service up front and honest about products, full reviews of interested items, knowledgeable about products you maybe interested in in the future, and to top it all of clean and sound shop! John is always the best works super hard for his clients!!

The staff are friendly and professional. I went to sell some gold and silver. The employees helped verify the value of what I brought in. They were honest about what they expected to get from them and gave me a fair price. I feel like I was treated like a valued customer and will definitely be returning again.
