The people that work here are so rough and rude and act as if they hate their jobs .
On top of that , My nails broke off after a week of getting them. That’s saying a lot for someone who’s nails usually last 2-3 weeks

The nail Tech was super rude and Rough.
Nails turned out cute but they’re super thin and already lifting after a week

I have never ever left a review in my life before, but this experience just irked me that much. I came in to get my nails done like every other person there. Wanting a nice spa day. I work in medical, so I had a rough week and just wanted a nice pamper session. I come in, see they had a few people ", so I waited no worries since I was a walk-in. I was sat down. I mentioned to the lady that I was thinking maybe gel for my nails and I'm going to do natural for my toes. Yes I am aware that gel last longer, but I'm not concerned about that. I just wanted my nails to look nice at an ok price. I picked my pedicure, and she rushed through it, barely gave me a massage, she proceeds to give me a push towards getting gel for my toes, I repeated myself again to her saying "no ma'am I would like just the normal on my toes." She gave me an attitude and She rushed through everything. Then came my manicure. I told her I would actually like to just do normal nail polish, the same as my toes, on my nails. She then goes on to HARASS me about picking gel instead of normal. In front of the other costumers, who were watching and listening! I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable and I'm not normally one to make a huge scene out of things, but I was just ready to leave. The rest of the service she continued to harass me about how I need to do gel, talked over me after I said for the 6th time no ma'am I just want normal, then she goes on almost like a threat saying to me "then don't come back when you nails chips asking for a touch up because you didn't listen." I WAS IN SHOCKED! I have experienced some bad service before but never in my life did I want to get up and leave. I was appalled, she did an awful job at painting my nails and rushed through it too. My feet are rougher than they were when I came in. Not worth $60. I sat there in silence, angry the rest of the time. I'm honestly disgusted. I am not a person to bash a worker, but all I wanted was a relaxing morning and she completely ruined that. I felt so uncomfortable. I will not be returning. Awful. Absolutely awful. If someone requests something learn to just go with it and not harass them. Beware if you come here and ask for something YOU want. You might be harassed.

I left with half of the service I asked for, extremely dirty facility, they don't clean their tools, change towels or anything. gross. I was there to remove an acrylic set, and an eyebrow wax. Eventhough she only completed my eyebrows, I was still skeptical to let her do that. I was charged $47, and one of the women that worked there "joked" about trying to charge me $1,000. laughable

Went in on a Sunday for a dip manicure (which I have done every three weeks at my regular place that couldn’t fit me in that day….i was leaving town the next day and needed them done desperately). The man who did my nails was less than friendly, never smiling or speaking, even when I spoke to him. I should have known this was going to be bad when he used an acrylic nail tip to rip off my existing dip powder instead of soaking it off. I said “ow, that hurts” several times, and he kept ripping away, damaging my real nails. I asked for a couple of nail art flowers on two of my nails. He passed me off to someone else, who actually did a good job. Within two days, I had three of the dip nails cracked and chipped, which never happens at my other place. I went back in and instead of fixing them, he just filed the nails down to nubs. Two more days later, the tips of them have all chipped, cracked, and broken, leaving me with no choice but to continue filing them all down to nubs. I went from long, healthy, natural nails, to broken chipped and uneven nails all in one manicure that cost me $85 and lasted less than 2 weeks. My regular place (by Winn Dixie in perdido) is $30 less and last at least 4 weeks or until they SOAK them off. I will never go back to this unfriendly and overpriced place ever again. It used to be really nice, but the cleanliness and friendliness has gone way downhill but their prices keep going up. I gave two stars instead of one because the lady who did my nail art did a good job and spoke to me. Outside of that, it was a 1.
Requested style: They acted annoyed that I wanted simple nail art.
Cleanliness: Used a random nail tip from the top of his desk to rip off my existing nails. Salon looked dirty.
Stylist: Didn’t get his name because he never spoke to me.

Went on a Sunday, nobody else in there but us. They were upset that we would not upcharge for anything additional. There was no communication no chit chat . I was charged an additional $5 to remove existing polish . Ridiculous. Not very friendly. We had to ask for water . Very hot in there .

Okay so the first time i went in for a pedicure it was great! So i brought my 3 year old daughter for her first pedi mani yesterday they sat her in the little chair and first red flag was didnt want me to sit in the empty chair next to her kept trying to put me a few chairs away.. i insisted on sittin in the "broken' chair right beside her. Okay shes wxcited they fill the water she says its too hot the guy says no i said yes its too hot so he turns the cold on for her. I sit in my chair to start mine right beside her. I noticed she is looking at me and her face is in pain. So I ask Her what he is filing. Her nails and pushing her pupils back. So I asked him if he could just skip that part. And just do like the scrub on her hands and feet and the lotion and the cute pool oil and then just paint them. He said okay and drain her water painted hertonio's and I asked Meadow if she wanted him to do the lotion. And he shook his head no.. Like he wasn't going to do it because she didn't want the full pedicure.Experience mind you.I still paid seventy dollars for her and my pedicure. OK, now, let's get to mineverything was great. Except for when when he started scrubbing my feet, I kept pulling my foot away and trying to explain to him that it was hurting me and I guess he didn't understand or just wasn't paying attention. Because I have full on raw skin.It looks like I have road rash.Or blisters my socks are sticking to the wounds on my feet. The paint job was good, but they were just really, really rough on mine and my daughter. I still tipped $20. So for a $100, I got Rubbed raw open sores on my feet and paid someone to just put Polish on my daughter's Hands and feet.. I am extremely disappointed. I thought I had finally found a good one. That I could go to full tibecause. The first experience was great with the woman. I planned to get waxed and everything that day.But after the experience with the nails we decided just to leave after we paid.

Walk ins for three pedicures on a Tuesday and we were hoping for a basic, nice pedicure. Two of three technicians were friendly and did what we felt was a decent job.
However, 4 hours later, our polish was still tacky and soft to the touch and could be wiped off with a finger tip.
It doesn’t matter if the pedi was good in the salon if it looks dented and terrible and doesn’t set/dry in 4 hours after doing nothing but driving to lunch and back, it’s a bad pedi.

Second time coming here for the same service and it was horrible. Came in for a soak off, was not greeted. Service provider by the name of Lucy tried taking my nails off by using an artificial nail and when I told her that it hurts she proceeded to catch an attitude because I asked for a SOAK OFF! I could’ve stuck a debit card under my nails and popped them off myself! I came in for them to be properly removed. She yanked my fingers, huffed and puffed the ENTIRE TIME! I’m a paying customer, paying for a service that is offered. So, if she didn’t want to do it, she should’ve went and got someone else. Horrible service and the acrylic is not completely off of my nails so I still have to go home and finish what I paid for. If the color of my skin was different I’m fairly certain that the experience would have been different. 0 out of 10! Won’t recommend and won’t be returning. DO BETTER T&L its 2024.

Have been going here for years and love it. I wouldn't want to get my nails or feet done anywhere else.
