After the ATM reset with my card in it, I asked the employee inside for help and I was met with a quick shoulder shrug and “sorry you have to just get a new card from your bank.”

If there were 0 stars I'd put zero. RUDE. You don't need to be rude to elderly costumers that have been using you for years. Yall don't deserve to be a bank. Get your act together tighten up. This is why Hancock bank is better. Have better service than this. Y'all are pitiful.

Just left the bank I was there at approximately 2:15 I came with my grandmother Dorothy graham the bank teller was rude right before she and I left she made sure to let me over hear her greeting the next customer goodbye but she didn’t do the same to me, also she didn’t ask me how I would like the money she was very rude and my grandmother and I do not tolerate disrespect she needs another job if she continues to treat customers as if they are not customers with money in the bank please address this issue as I will call corporate and take further steps to deal with this matter accordingly

Unprofessional....Plexiglass shows a reflection behind me. Only thing I can see is representative shaking her head, doing hand gestures while I’m in conversation with another branch representative.
