Kyle Seals is an Amazing Employee at this Branch. He is Helpful. He is Friendly. He is the reason I am going to continue to Bank here. If anything happens to Kyle or for whatever reason he does not work for Synovas anymore. i will close my account. Good people are hard to find and Kyle is a good one. Thank you for your help my friend

Told me I had to go to another synovus to make a deposit. Said that this was not my location. Didn't know you needed a location. Just who you bank with. Drove to pace which is not my regular synovus and they had no issues taking my deposit. If anyone wonders why this parking lot is empty and others are busy. Well the manager here don't want customers.

This place will steal your money through overdraft fees. Ive been in banking for 15 years and I've never seen a bank do this. I had a large transaction go through that I wasn't expecting. I went and made a deposit to cover it. I understood I would get a fee for it. But they charged me six! Everything else would have been covered. This makes absolutely no sense. They didn't give me a good explanation, at least that I could understand, and being in banking, I'd like to think I would. So I'm closing my account.

Wal-Mart decided to charge my account 16 dollars extra after I bought groceries 5 days later. I notified my bank they told me I had to pay 25 dollars to expedite getting anew card.They closed my bank card. There was only that one charge. They couldn't explain why my card was cancelled. I'm 64 and 100% disabled Vet. It's been over 15 days now cuz I wouldn't pay 25 dollars for customer service. I am absolutely certain they don't pay someone OT or added shipping to mail me a new card THEY say I need. Can't buy groceries or perscriptions or get an uber to the bank. THEY DID tell me they have great customer service. I just didn't know they charge you thru the nose for it. Customer services at its finest. As of the 5th they STILL haven't ordered a replacement card which should have been done after they canceled the card I had.

I want to express my shear gratitude for the Synovus Bank branch at 1898 E 9 mile rd, Pace FL. Anna W and PJ worked their tails off to help my wife and I secure a loan for our startup small business. To say they went above and beyond to help our dreams come true is an understatement. Not just those two I mentioned, but everyone in the branch was amazing. What a friendly place to do business with. I look forward to doing more business with Synovus as our business expands!Thanks!

The Synovus branch off of University is great. The employees are caring and informative and I love going in there.

Called in the morning closer to lunch time and had some questions and told that the banker was at lunch..... Gave the lady my phone number and told the banker would call back... No call back.... Called again and spoke with a lady named Allison at 494-7841 which is the branch at 1898 E Nine Mile Road... She was very unhelpful and really seemed to be bothered by the fact that I was asking some questions. She kept saying she understood etc.... over and over. Don't bank with this bank or branch. They need better training on how to treat customers or possible customers. I would never bank with this bank. The employee should be trained better and more helpful.

Pretty good bank. Tellers courteous and friendly. Never had any complaint.
