It's crazy that this place somehow hires the worst possible crews consistently. Every time I walk into this place, the ladies are either cussing at each other and talking about how they're gonna beat their baby daddy's ass, or they're on the phone with their baby daddy telling him they're gonna whoop his ass while they're ringing up your order. They call these people sandwich artists? I asked for ranch on my sandwich and this lady put 1 3" glob of ranch at the end of my sandwich and ran a swipe down about half of the rest. We just looked at eachother and moved on. I give it 2 stars because although it's the most piss-poor subway in the area, I have a story to tell after every visit.

I pulled up this morning open sign is on. States online and on the door that they open at 7 a.m.. the door is locked should I call inside to see if they possibly just forgot to unlock it. And The woman Inside states that no she's not open yet that she needs another 30 minutes. Will the store doesn't open till 8:00 then online and on the front door needs to be changed. Or find people that can show up to work on time to have your store open on time

I have been to this place three times at least. I know a review for Subway is boring. But some are better than others. Just saying that it's a good Subway and I will go there when I'm in the area.

I would like to say if you don't like this store don't come. You all still choose to come back. Also for the ones that this is your 1st time we are normally nice as long as you aswer our questions and speak up there should be no problems. And for the outher that's thinks it's only takes 2 minutes to make a sandwich your at the worng place. McDonald's is across the street. And if you have problems with this store. Tell your wife's to learn to make you lunch instead. Thank you for reading.I'll see you inside. ?❤️

Horrible customer service. I politely asked the sandwich maker to spread my tuna to the end of the bun (she had left at least an inch on each end uncovered). She refused, mumbled something under her breath and started putting the cheese on. When I asked what she said she replied "you have ears". At that point I left. There are other subways in Pensacola. I would not recommend this one to anyone.

Horrible service, place is dirty , too cheap to take coupons as well . I have no clue how this subway has been in service so long it's one of the worst subways in Pensacola.

Went in to grab a sandwich...the lady helping was extremely unhappy..the other girl comes out to finish the sandwich she gets it done and I have a 100.00 bill...( I was holding it in my hand the whole time)She says we can't break that $100.00. I went back out to my car and found $8Went back in and said I don't know if this will cover it...she said I don't have to do anything..u can Go next door and break your 100..I left and left the finished sandwich there..I will never go back... this is the worst subway corporation needs to close it...it is giving them a bad name..

Stopped at 7:45 to grab breakfast, not 1 but 2 neon "OPEN" signs were on in the windows, internet says opens at 7, sign on the door says opens at 7. Grab door handle, locked. Look inside, see woman inside working at stocking, she sees me, point at open sign, she shrugs shoulders and walks away. Get to where I am going, call to inquire, pretty sure it's same woman who answers, ask why sign says open, but door locked, she just hangs up. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Apparently the toaster has been broken for 3 months now surprised the owner hasn’t had this issue fixed. Guess I’ll go to Publix from now on.

The sandwich was good and the very nice African American lady who made it was nice, BUT...the rude white girl who checked me out charging my card 2 different times for 2 different amounts & the denying it needs to be removed. I showed her in my acct the double charge & she proceeded to raise her voice with customers in there that she told me it didn't. It did! Manager was no help & seemed afraid of her.

Gross sandwiches today. Bread is stale and hard. The top of the bread is so hard and crispy it's crumbling off. What a mess. I asked for extra vinegar and there's barely any on there. Spent more than $20 and we're not satisfied at all and I'm about to throw the rest of my sub away (the 3/4 you see in the picture). Also, this location NEVER participates in any of the promotions going on at every other Subway. Today, when I opened the app, a BOGO for subs was being advertised. Sure enough, "Sorry, this restaurant is not participating in this promotion". How cheap can you get. Disappointed.
