Worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. I ended up cutting all of my hair off and the shorter it got, the worst the hair got. I went immediately to another place to get it fixed. My stylist seemed distracted the entire time and couldn’t care less about the product she presented. I will never come back.

Whats the point of checking in online only to get to Sport Clips, sign in...and then get skipped over by the stylist so she can cut her regular customer's hair. I was next in line and not skipped over for someone who had 20 minutes to wait after he checked in because "Maria" decided her regular customer was more important. I waited an extra 25 minutes because she can't follow company policy and is not held accountable for her actions. Thankfully, another stylist did a great job for me and I have her double my usual tip!

Worst haircut I’ve had in my 21 years of living. I usually don’t go to sportclips but I had to get a quick cut since I’m out at work in a different state. The older lady that cut my hair had a slight attitude and wasn’t very friendly. I told her that I want a mid fade and she gave me a high with what I call an embarrassment of a fade. She also took less than 10 minutes!!! She didn’t even try to make it look good. I went in with a buddy of mine and his cut wasn’t even faded in all the way so he was a bit frustrated and only gave a 1 dollar tip. They even had the audacity to comment about it. $25 for a piss poor haircut is insane, and they even want a large tip. Only come in here if you are a child or 90 years old. Never coming back here again.

Went to get my son's hair cut this afternoon, they were very kind and a bit busy. We did join the line online, it's a bit confusing when it tells you a recommended time to come in, and then a wait time. Ended up coming in at the recommended time to wait almost an hour.Once we got home I realized that his hair had a few blunt cuts in it that did not blend together after he washed whatever the barber had put in his hair.Over all very pleased.

I won't lie, I had a coworker tell me that he only uses sportsclips and he swore by it, so a year ago I gave it a shot at a different location than the one I use now, and I wasn't happy with the cut. My coworker INSISTED that his experience is always perfect so I gave it another shot at a different location this time (Bayou) and man, I love it here. I love checking in, choosing my stylist (my favorite is Aleigha, my hair is impossible to cut and she manages to make it work somehow every time)This location in particular is fantastic and I highly recommend Bayou Blvd and Aleigha, thanks again!

I called and asked what the wait was, and she said no one was in the waiting room. I arrived 15 minutes later, and the wait was over an hour. I exclaimed, "Really, an hour?" She didn't pick up that it was a rhetorical question and seemed offended and snapped back."Yes, really." Kinda rude lady.
