Purchased windows back in March. Communication with the sales man, Jeff was horrible from the start. He did not place our order until April. Called to check on the status 3 times the week of June 20th, left messages, no returned calls. Called on Friday at 3:55, was directed to the shipping department. Windows have been sitting there. Called again, 6/26/2023, left message for Kirk to call us, no returned call. Little did Jeff or Kirk know, we have two more houses that we need to purchase windows for. Guys, work on your communication skills.

Terrible company, run away fast ! The sales team is incredibly unreliable, no follow through and terrible leadership at the sales level. This company was recommended and they failed to live up to the expectations. Sales rep came out and wasted my time, continuously promised a quote by end of day and failed to deliver multiple times x 5-8 different text. Then I contacted the sales manager and he promised that a quote would be delivered - failed at that promise as well. Think about this? If you can't do the simple stuff what makes me think I should buy from them? Your product and service will be the same after they have your money- run fast away!

All our doors were replaced with Southeastern Sash & Door. The doors are excellent quality and beautiful. Our home looks amazing and is quieter due to the quality of the doors. Excellent customer service. I can't thank Scott, Stacey, and Bill enough.

Bought a front exterior door from these people- after waiting a very long time it was finally delivered and installed--during installation a problem was found with the glass insert-it was video taped and sent to them-they advised my contractor they would take care of it. After telling us they ordered a new glass insert and it would be here in two weeks--two months later it arrived with the same problem as the first one--the installer said he would not install it-called someone named JOSH -it was Friday October 8th- he was headed to Tennessee-did not talk to me but told installer that he would call me first thing Monday morning- problem would be handled. As of today October 13,2021 no response from anyone with this company- sent emails to company thru their website. They will not respond to me or the contractor and this is how they handle their business. This problem is not going away- I do not know what title Josh holds but he needs to be fired if he can not handle his job. I am searching for the owners in an effort to contact them for a solution to this problem

I almost have no words to describe this company's lack of care for their customer. I ordered an entire house of new windows in October of 2020. It is now May 2021 and I am still missing 1 window from the 17 windows I ordered. Why is 1 missing still? That is a great question but don't expect any answer from this company as they have no clue. They blame it on the manufacturer PGT, our poor salesman has no support to do anything. Each week I am told "it's on the truck" and ever week the truck comes and guess what... NO WINDOW!! The owner Charlie Toner refuses to call me and just has the salesmen call me to say "we are at the mercy of the manufacturer." Such crap! How can you not know where 1 window is when you shipped the other 16 windows MONTHS AGO? I know of other families who have ordered just as many windows as I have, MONTHS AFTER our order went in and they already have their entire order of windows installed. The fact that this company takes zero initiative to call me back with any real understanding as to where my window is so we can move into our house is appalling. You can claim COVID, you can claim Biden free money crap all you want, there is no excuse for other windows to be coming in every week and my window is MIA and no-one has a bloody clue where it is. Save your money and go to Window World!

They were happy to sell us over $100,000+ of products but not in standing behind those products. When I asked for help in resolving product issues they were not interested. Rep came and looked but would not get back to me. I sent a letter to the owners. They referred me to someone else who referred me to someone else. BEWARE.....‼

Went to Southeastern door and sash for an exterior back door. Had measurements from our contractor but was told they would have to send someone out to measure for themselves before we could order a door. Their salesperson left a voicemail to set up an appointment and I called back and left her a voicemail. That was two weeks ago and still no contact from them. Found them less than polite on the phone and slow to respond. Seems like they are doing me a favor by selling me a door. Will find another place to purchase.

The previous review lacks detail to be considered credible. I just built a house and they did all my doors, windows and hardware. I had a door damaged but, they saw it before I did and already had a replacement ordered. Everything they did from delivery, install and customer service was top notch. I was able to make an appt and go to the showroom to pick out what I wanted. I already had in my mind all my preferences so, it was a matter of having them point out details. While my house was being built, they no longer carried or could get my hardware in the finish I originally ordered so, we substituted the same hardware for a slightly different finish. It saved me time over the phone rather than going back in for another appt. I have been happy with all the doirs, the installation, the customer service. Now I know why my builder preferred them.

I had such high hopes. It all started out so well. We went in and ordered double front doors for the house along with the hardware. I even got them to come down on the price of the hardware after finding the same on a different website. So far so good. They do not offer installation so I arranged for a gentleman to install my doors. On the day of installation, he informed me that the second door had not been drilled for the dummy door handle. I called Southeastern to get a recommendation to remedy their mistake. I was told that my installer should be able to do it for me on site. I spoke with my installer who said he was able to do it, but would charge me. I called back to Southeastern and was met with frustration because my installer wanted to charge me. Mike from Southeastern wanted to know the installer's name and that I was being taken advantage of. Keep in mind, Southeastern made the mistake and my installer was willing to fix it for a fee. I recommended to Mike at Southeastern that I pay the installer and then have them reimburse me. I was initially told that this would work, but shortly after I received a voice message informing me that Southeastern wanted to send a crew the following day to drill the holes. Both my wife and I work and are not able to just wait at home for yet another crew to come into our house. As a result, I paid out of pocket to remedy Southeastern's mistake. The customer service I received while trying to come up with a solution was just plain unsatisfactory and I was left to foot the bill. At no time did I hear anything regarding remorse or regret for the inconvenience Southeastern caused. Ultimately, it was worth paying extra so I didn't have to talk to them again.
