If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lady with the red wig was rude and she told me to turn back around, unless I can hold shop in 7 min. I came in knowing exactly what I was getting by the way. She says,”Go ahead.” Then she told me to be done shopping by 7:55 pm(store closes at 8.) She then turned the lights off at 7:52 pm and when I get to the register at 7:54 pm, she told the lady as she was checking me out,”Hold it until tomorrow.” The lady did not hear her and proceeded to ring me out and said,”I said hold until tomorrow.” I told her I can’t come back tomorrow and I said,”Didn’t you say to be done shopping by 7:55 pm and it’s 7:54 pm??? She said the register shuts down at 7:55 pm and it definitely does not, because the lady still checked me out. I will be returning every item and will never shop here again.

No public bathroom in the WHOLE shopping center, Everything is $10 or below, but you can't try on anything still, due to "COVID". They used to have adorable clothes, but I haven't made a purchase the last few times I've been in..

I guess because I had a different hairstyle on today they can tell I was the same person from the day before that they were friendly to. I wanted to get a stylish mask today and I had forgot to wear mine. With 3 people in line already, I asked admittedly could I buy a mask,the older lady with her tattooed eyebrows said yes. There were two older women behind me with 3 items,so I told them they could get in front and I would grab a shirt I saw on the rack because there was still 3 people in front of me. A store associate came and said the manager said I needed to come backup front because I was only in there to get a mask, I told her it was no problem that there were other people in the store not wearing their masks and I was wondering why she singled me out but it wasn't a problem. As I proceeded to the fright I know as the others that did not have their mask overheard the associate talking to me so they quickly put their masks on. When I got back inline there were still about a 15 minute wait before I made it to the counter, And that's when it got worse. I was in prior the day before and had used the same card to make the transaction. The day before no one asked for my ID and she was adamant about me giving her my ID and that they only excepted credit. I still have my receipt from the day before and no one in that store ask me for my ID, That should actually beyond camera and I have the receipt that was so of the same people at the counter the day before not asking for the same information that she not only ask me for it to day but decided to study in front of other people. She proceeded to flip my ID back-and-forth several times which is on camera, While she was doing that she was very condescending, And somewhat argumentative but I refuse to argue with her and kept telling her there wasn't a problem. See also looked at my debit card repeatedly to swiping it, as if my card might not work. Not only was this totally unprofessional I actually believe this was the store manager of all people. This is very disturbing because if you did not ask for proper identification the day before why was it so important today? And if the management was so concerned about getting me out the store so quickly because I didn't have a mass gone why did it literally take her over 15 minutes to get me out of the store? Now that wasn't a question I was thinking about while I was standing in line for 10 minutes it was actually a question the women behind me asked me. The same women that I let get in front of me when I 1st got in the store but they decided to let me give back in front of them when they see how management and staff was treating me. I could tell really quickly that management have no idea I was the same short hair blonde girl that came in the day before after the terrible treatment I received today from the exact same person coming in with long dark hair. I'm not sure what her issue was with me today, And I do apologize for not wearing a mask however I did want to purchase a more stylish one to wear for the day and I thought your store would have been the perfect choice. Although the experience did not ruin my day at all, I do feel that it is important to have a conversation with staff about personalOpinions of customers appearance. I would encourage you to watch the footage, if I was unwelcomed, I would have left,but she clearly stated I could stay and purchase a mask. The treatment wasn't worth the $4 mask , mask is cute,but definitely won't be recommending this place to my friends and family if they won't personable, friendly service. Absolutely disappointed!

This store has been 5 stars for until I came in tonight. Anywhere I shop I take the hanger off because it’s easier to carry without dragging the clothes on the floor or folding them over and doing that the hangers fall off. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and it’s uncomfortable to constantly bend over. Well the lady working chased me to the other area I was in and explained why the hangers have to stay on which Is completely understandable,, I picked Up another Dress buy decided I didn’t want it and put out back with the hanger on., I continued looking around the store and the same woman started flipping out that there was a hanger on a rack that she had already checked over, and when I say flipped she lost it. Also after I took the hanger off the first dress she called another lady out and they both proceeded to follow me through the store asking numerous times if I needed help.After she found the random hanger she basically hovered me at the exact rack I was at. The woman was insinuating that I was stealing, which I don’t do and if I did I’d just take the hanger. It was extremely insulting and I literally go in that store once a or every other week and sadly I think that was the last. also maybe there should an option for a cart or basket you put items in. I will note that I’m 34 and have no theft charges nor was I planning on it this evening. Customer service was horrible and I Felt degraded. Very unprofessional.
