My hot tub was damaged at the manufacturer. It has taken 2 1/2 months to figure this out. Andrew initially tried to say it was “user error” and I didn’t know how to operate my new hot tub! It turned out that the aeration tubing was wedged between 2 pieces of wood in the frame AND 2 holes were drilled into it as well. They only want to bypass the tubing and not replace the damaged hot tub they sold me. I’m legally disabled and bought the hot tub for medical reasons at the suggestion of my neurologist. This is unacceptable.

Coughed up well over $11,000 for a new Caldera spa with the newest ($1,000 option) salt water treatment system. System quit after two (2) months and I suffered cyanuric acid burns. Replacement cartridge was $125 but was backordered forever.Converted my new spa over to freshwater. After much digging, I learned Showcase Pool & Spa had supplied the wrong startup instructions, wrong chemicals and wrong test kit which is why the $1,000 optional salt water system was a failure.$500 later for chemicals and testing materials and a water change, surprise, it works! Now if I can only stop the water leaks.

Do not buy from this place!!! They are “crooks” and that is the nicest word I could say. This company is not credited by the BBB and has so many complaints against them. I decided to cancel my order/contract and was told that they do give refunds! So I’m out of $5,600. In the contract it says that the buyer has the right to cancel the contract and they would charge a 35% restocking fee for a pool that was in stock! The manager told me that it would take 7 to 10 days to get my refund. Two weeks later and still no refund. I went back up to Showcase and the manager told me that the owner said that I was not going to get my money back. By this time I was livid. Went to the police department and was going to make a theft report and they instead called them and said that I was there to make a report that they would not give me my money back. They told the police officer that I was going to get my money minus the restocking fee. It took another two weeks to get my money back minus the fee. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM SHOWCASE IN PENSACOLA, FL My whole story is way too detailed to go into about the miss communication between the business and the installers! Please do your research deeply before shelling out thousands of dollars. Went with a Safeway pool and put it up ourselves for about $400 compared to $5,600!

I had a wonderful experience. I absolutely love my pool. A seamless transaction and everyone was very friendly and knowledge. My husband and I installed it ourselves and we are very proud to have family over to enjoy our yard with us.

I rarely leave reviews but the customer service here is terrible. I ordered something over the phone in july and have yet to recieve it. I call to follow up and they are rude and unhelpful. I will never shop here again.

The pump/ motor went out on my hot tub so I went to Showcase since they are the ones that sold and installed my hot tub originally. I told them the exact model spa I had, showed them the manual that came with the spa, and told them I wanted the exact same motor as the one I took out so that I wouldn't have to redo any of the plumbing connections under my hot tub. Well they told me they had 1 pump left and that it was the exact same kind as what I took out. So after paying them $500 cash I get the pump home and what do you know, its not the exact same kind of pump motor and of course the plumbing pipes and connections don't match. I went by Showcase the next day and thats when they bother to tell me "opps, sorry but they don't make the same size and type motor as what originally came with my hot tub". But, they would gladly rework the plumbing and hook up my brand new motor that they just sold me for a $175 service call! After asking if they would work with me on the price of the service call, since I felt mislead about buying the wrong pump to begin with, and them telling me "nope, sorry" I told them fine. I had to give them my credit card number just to reserve a service call spot and was told there service guy was busy on Monday but that he should be able to get to me Tuesday or Wednesday and that he would be giving me a call. But after a day of not hearing from them I gave them a call, then I called them the next day and the next day after that and each time I was told the service guy has my number and would be giving me a call. Now, to this very day, 21 days later, I still have yet to hear from there service guy or there sales rep. Stay away from this place, there's much better options in town! There place of "business" looks like its closed from the outside, the inside looks like an overflow warehouse that should be closed and it fells like the buy here pay here used car lot of the hot tube world. When I start looking to replace and upgrade my hot tub in 4 or 5 years Ill definitely be going someplace else. TJ

Steer clear of this pool/spa company! Horrible customer service, inept technical service, deficient product knowledge, poor communication and the worst part is deceitful/dishonest statements on multiple occasions by both Zack and Andrew. Once they've got your money, they make it obvious that they no longer care to help their customer. Also, I'd never recommend this business to anyone looking for pool/spa products, pool supplies or to see products in their showroom.Worse than used car salesmen, these guys will grovel to you to make a sale, promise you everything and then fail miserably to make good after they've been paid.I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere; I'd suggest you do the same.

Poor installation.Have literally grass growing inside my 10 month old poolWas told to pick up patches, cut the growing gras and put patches over it.???? Patch 100 growing gras holes???

Bought a spa had no good advice from manager, no one came to see where spa should go all they want is a quick sale. Will take advantage of anyone. Go to a reputable local company If I could give this spa to someone I would. The spa isn’t that old and the filter setting doesn’t work correctly and guess what there is NO ONE to cover the so called manufacturers warranty.When the cover was attached to the easy open they put the screws in the wrong place so.....The company Marquis spa said they ordered a new lid of course we never saw it.We are certain they over charged for the spa and like I said I wish I could give it away!
