I was told by the employees that this location has never been open 24 hours and their website says open 24 hours and that this info was updated 9 weeks ago. Might want to update your website.

One unisex bathroom was in rough shape. Left after waiting 10 mins.

Refused to wash my car because I wanted the super clean and apparently they didn't have time because they "close in an hour and 40 minutes." I'm a regular customer and tip pretty well because I appreciate a good job on my car. My entire family comes here for car wash/detailing. That's the last time any of us will be going here. I do not recommend this business.

I have used them before and they did an awesome job but this last visit was done horribly! The back seat wasn't even vacuumed! It's not the business it was the individual that supposedly tried to clean it

Definitely stay away. This has been the worst experience I have had from a gas station. They are filthy on the inside and the outside isn’t much nicer. Prices are always higher than other gas stations in the area. I definitely recommend driving to another one, but it is very close to the airport and that normally my last stop so I wish I could say it was better.

My favorite Shell Gas station. The price maybe a little higher but I like the Quality of Gas and Service. 9th Avenue Pensacola Florida. Thanks

Not a fan of this location at all. No wine, store is very dirty, selection of anything is just pathetic. I would much rather drive an extra mile or two and hit a proper gas station

There is only one dryer for all three bays and it blows weak, cold air. The power washing tool is super strong - it blew away months-old dirt in one or two passes. Not sure what order you are supposed to turn the dial but it doesn’t really make sense. No idea what the clear coat sprayer is supposed to do on a wet car, nor the tri-color “conditioner.” Brushes need to be replaced.OOOPS sorry, I meant this review for the place on Olive Rd

Used the car wash. They have a coupon book card, 20$ = 5 washes, really good deal

I paid for a higher priced wash and I was tremendously disappointed. The staff was not too eager and seemed to get by with minimal effort.

Wanted to get my car detailed because planning on selling soon. Got the bumper to bumper package which included the express wax, carpet shampoo, interior super clean, and upholstery cleaning. The wash was just through a hands free drive thru and obviously wasn't going to get everything but there were a lot of spots, bird p**** tar, and leaves in the window crack. There was also white liquid stuck to the side of all of my doors, like it wasn't wiped in properly. They left a towel on one of the floor mats and a bottle of liquid in the backseat. Part of the backseat wasn't vacuumed at all it looks like or shampooed. Wasn't very good service for $150. Could've done better myself for $10. Should've checked it over more at the place and complained.

The job of washing my car was done well. However the fact that all my change and loose $1 were taken from my center console. We also had a bag with approx 50 travel size hand sanitizers we give out to the homeless for part of our work taken. Mind you this was at the beginning of the Coronavirus outbreak so the fact that they essentially stole from the homeless is disgusting. I recommend firing the staff and starting over. Sad because we did enjoy this pace.

I've never been a fan of automated car washes where these huge brushes that look like the Blue Fry Guys from the old McDonald's commercials come down to wash the top and sides of your vehicle. I prefer hands on detailing. Well, to my surprise, and delight, Wish Wash had both. You first choose the package you want. I purchased the $34.99 Inside Out Extreme Wash option which started off with a worker washing your vehicle with a long handled brush before passing you off to the mechanical brushes. After you go through the robot arms, you're instructed to pull out and drive a few feet forward to the group of employees ready to finish off the job. Now, my car was DIRTY. Trying to be safe, I hadn't had it washed since before the pandemic and with work during the week and traveling on weekends, I hadn't set time aside to do it myself. Tree sap, beaucoup pollen.....straight filthy. Well, they had my car CLEAN! Or so I thought. Once I got to my destination, I noticed there were leaves and twigs still in the area between the windshield and hood and the guys never cleaned my roof. So my car was spectacular from the inside to the front, back and sides to the wheels and tires but the roof hadn't been touched except for the "gentle care" from The Terminator bristles and the fall foliage still remained. I had somewhere to be so I didn't have the time to sit and let them fix it but had those areas received the same attention the rest of the car did, they would've gotten 5 stars easily. I'm not here to bash Wish Wash. They did an excellent job on the places they tended to but I'm used to the automobile love I get from Super Clean in Tallahassee. If you decide to come here, just make sure they treat the entire car.
