I had the pleasure of speaking with Sharon, one of the owners. She was very polite, efficient and provided excellent customer service. I'm a senior who has decades of experience dealing with multiple companies, some good some bad, some I might return to some I would definitely never return to. I have experienced some eith certain qualities, I liked and others I didn't. Today I am writing this review because I have had an experience with a company that has absolutely, beyond any possibility of doubt, have given me an experience that was as close to perfect as possible. Mrs Sharon is a person that operates with such grace, and honesty, excellence, and pure genuine concern for you, that she makes you leave there thinking of something else that is wrong with one of your vehicles, so you can have a reason to return to her shop. Great service, great,prices, and human caring, service, and honesty that I can't start to know how to I express what a pleasure it was doing business there. In the words of another super star Tina Turner. Mrs Sharon is simply the best better than all the rest. Know if you go there, the job will be done right, on time, and good price. Look forward to returning.

This place was great. Sharon was so nice and very efficient. I got three estimates for a small dent and scratch on my 2018 Acura MDX hood. This place gave me an excellent price and did an amazing job. I dropped it off and they completed the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them and will go there in the future as needed.

Wow is all I can say about these guys! They went above and beyond my expectations! I wouldn’t even go anywhere else. The price they quoted me made me think that I wasn’t gonna get the best job, but I was so wrong they killed it!!! Thank you guys!!! You are the best!! I’d give 10 starts if I could!!????

Scratch Off did an amazing job replacing my bumper and fixing my back spoiler at a reasonable price. They ordered the parts, painted them, and then I brought in my car, so I didn't have to spend any additional time and money with a rental. My car feels and looks like new!

Dinged rear bumper. Scratch off removed the whole bumper and did a wonderful job painting it for about $400. I am very pleased with the work.
