Sally's has gone way downhill in the past year. They used to stand behind their products. I recently purchased a pair of $100 clippers from Sally's, only to find out the neck trimmers don't work at all. Called Sally's, expecting them to graciously, offer to return, or exchange the clippers, but they said they wouldn't exchange them at all. Called another Sally's beauty supply took two phone calls, and they told me I could call the manufacturer. What the hell? From now on will go to ultabeauty and amazon.com. Sally's can kiss my a***

Would give negative 5 if possible. The rudest employee (McKayla) refused to tell me the managers name. Refused to give me the corporate number. Told me I needed to look it up myself. All I’m trying to do is return a curling iron I purchased. So sad, I’m sure Sally’s does not train their employees to be unprofessional. The call ended with her hanging up on me. Big suggestion… Let Jasmine from the 9 Mile Rd. store give you some training. She definitely knows customer service and has manners. It’s sad that you think it’s OK to treat a paying customer in the manner that you did.

Come here all the time was trying to come on a Sunday the door posted they open at 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 they were not open. Not happy about the wasted gas.

Sometimes I have hard time finding reasonably priced products,(during covid) but I've found and have gotten great deals here..one item wasn't in stock. (didn't really need it yet) Pleasant and helpful staff, Alex, knowledgeable of products, gave great recommendations also(2mos ago) Time for a visit..Heading there now!

I was in need of some hair bleach and a few other products (I have never bleached my hair only dyed it) and had no idea what kind of products to buy besides bleach, developer and toner. Due to COVID-19 they were taking orders over the phone. First off they only have 1 phone line and a sign on the door saying "only have 1 phone line, if busy keep calling" I called about 15-20 times and got a busy signal each time. I could see a lady in the car next to me placing her order so I said "no big deal, i'll just call when she gets her stuff and leaves" and then another car pulls up next to me as soon as the lady leaves and they get put in with the store associate as soon as they get there after I had already been waiting THIRTY MINUTES to get my stuff and go home. But that's not the kicker, I asked the sales lady about the kinds of bleach and toners I would need to acquire a certain color, she said "I don't know but we have other customers waiting to call" AND PROCEEDED TO RUSH ME through my order... while not telling me any prices of anything or asking me about what I needed for my hair type!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Do better around the circumstances!!!!!! As for in case the manager sees this: Dont know the workers name but their cashier ID is: U381252 I came in at around 1:15 pm on April 11th 2020. It would really do better for your business if you hired some nicer people.

The representative behind the counter couldn't even be bothered to get off the phone to ring me up. As she was scanning, I asked her if they had any more of a product in stock and she shook her head instead of answering me. At first I wasn't too upset - I thought she was the only one working. Then I realized one of the girls beside the counter cutting up with some other ladies (clearly not work-related talk) was ALSO an employee who could've stepped away to ring me up since the other employees was clearly too busy to do it properly.

I've taken my Autistic son there for a hair cut. I forget their names but I always get a feeling from the right stylist and he is happy. I've only had one bad experience and I knew I probably would, she was younger, a lot of tattoos and I could tell she didn't want to cut his hair and so could he. Luckily the young blonde stylist next to her jumped in and helped which made things so much better.
