Took good care of the regular service but missed hearing the noise we were concerned about. Had to take it to the dealer to get it fixed...spark plugs. Don't know why they didn't hear the obvious noise. Even my grandson heard it.

Fair price likely better than what what dealership would have charges but not certain. The appointment was a couple weeks out but again three days sooner than dealership.
