So glad I stopped in and finally found such a great store in Pensacola. Conveniently located and great selection. A great place for formals and everyday wear. They have great sales and fitness apparel too! They even use recyclable checkout bags! Talk about sustainable shopping.

We were referred to this store by another consignment shop. It was a bit of a drive, but totally worth it! They have a lot of clothes, purses, accessories and shoes, but it was very well organized. The owner is wonderful and very friendly. I highly recommend visiting and shopping. Found some great deals and left with way more than I planned on. I will be back when we are back in the area.

I have lived in Pensacola for 30 years and have personally shopped at Rococo since the day they open the doors❤️ by far this is the best consignment shop in a 100 Mi radius. The owner Leslie, her mother and father are the nicest people you'll ever meet. They are extremely patient and never pushy. Never experienced an issue with buying anything from this shop, however if I did am confident they would make it right they extremely professional and caring.?❤️

I'm not sure why this shop continues to run. The store is nice merch is great.I have shopped here three or four times, I always find something to purchase. So not sure If it's the the owners or the staff but they are so rude to some and then they are very nice to some and I find they are rude as hell to the rest of us. Not sure if it's just me or they think I'm common trailer trash do you not like my beautiful tattoos ?? Or perhaps I don't look like your rich clients. Every time I shop you follow me around like I'm going to shoplift from you. The fact is I drive a brand new Cadillac and I'm very rich and I'd buy your high end things but the way you treat some of us, I'd rather give my money to someone else . Customer service not your style to some of us I guess. Too bad for you personally your attitude sucks, and I'd rather shop lower end shops and be treated like a I matter no matter the size of my checkbook. Guess if you want to be treated like crap by all means go here.
