These people are some crooks the only reason why I gave it a one star so i can write a review on them❗️Do not waste your time my bank had to do a investigation on Robins place back in August/September because they would not give me back my deposit I think it was $250 holding fee. Navy Federal email me last week and said that everything was settled and I got my $250 deposit back into my account after 5 months dealing with lies. I hope someone sees this before they delete it❗️but I’m going to make sure every chance I get I’ll write a review on these crooks❗️People work to hard for their money for ROBINS PLACE to be playing with them

Half way thru my lease and pretty happy so far. Peace and quite at home and an apt where everything is new and works like it supposed to. My best apt in the 4 years in Pensacola.

Was located at trash dump area and they would pickup anytime between 2 am and 6 am hope you don't need to sleep till after 2 am. Also never was a maintenance on duty so that's a lie and when we left there had been no maintenance period for our last three months.

I've lived here since November of 2018. The walls are relatively thin, the neighbors let their dogs roam in your yard unsupervised and unleashed and dont pick up afterwards, maintenance will conveniently forget to swing by for a week, the leasing office is nice up until youre ready to move and then suddenly they get really rude, there termite damage on the door frames. Management will promise to handle things on their end and not get back to you until the very last moment and expect you to accept the repercussions. It's a nice little place when you can't afford much else, but if you're in the more adult and professional stage of your life then I'd suggest elsewhere. Oh! Also, there's a 24/7 noise ordinance. So get ready to watch tv with subtitles on every time! Literally, if you want to walk on eggshells in your own home, I'd completely suggest this place.
