Worst customer service. If the managers stop hitting on the customers and start helping people in line then there would not have to be a 25 minute wait to cash a simple check!

Waited about 5 min for a teller to finish what sounded like a personal conversation with her colleague before acknowledging me. I was trying to exchange a $20 bill for smaller denomination. Teller informed me this cannot be done for someone without a Regions account. Said “the government has to be aware of every transaction that goes on here in this bank”. I’m not sure how this would have been a transaction as amount of money myself and the bank had would not change. Felt teller was rude and deliberately unhelpful. This experience made me glad I don’t have a Regions account. Never heard of a bank unable to exchange denominations of cash before.

Manger Mr.Vincent very rude very unpleasant. My $$ got stuck into the ATM he was very dry about the situation didn’t offer any help or suggestions. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anybody Needs better management

Rude. They knowingly operate a faulty ATM machine and then the manager laughs as they tell you it's too bad, there's nothing he can or will do for you.

I work 7 days a week; my bank should too! Computers don't need sleep or vacations, so why can't Regions process my credit card deposits on weekends and holidays???

Not satisfied with being charged $5.00 for a bank bag after all the years I and my family have banked with Regions. Never been charged before and the bag advertises your bank. Most visits are very positive but not this one.

So rude! They do not even acknowledge that your standing there, they just ignore you.They take forever, they don't care about anything but chatting with each other. Yesterday as I was in the drive thru waiting, I got the lovely view of someone eating their lunch in my face whime also ignoring me.

Out of the state and woke up to $500 missing from my account from pending charges that weren’t me. Called and apparently there’s nothing they can do if the charges are “pending”. That doesn’t make sense to me. Anyways, those charges put my account into the negative. Meanwhile, when I try to use my card with insufficient funds, it declines. Why would the same thing not happen in this instance?? Not to mention their ATMs have maybe a 50% chance of working. After I get home I’m switching banks and never using Regions again.

Vanessa provided me the best banking experience I have ever had. When opening my account online I had some issues with corporate system. But once I went into this branch, she took care of me all the way. She helped me set up my savings properly and even called me to handle dispersing capital through my different accounts. I'll 100% stay with regions as long as she is my banker.

I'm a lil disappointed in the fact that they covered an overdraft fee for 39.00 but charged me a 107.00 fee! What the what!!!

I called ahead to make sure I could buy a money order without a bank account with them. The guy confirmed that I could do this. When I got there, the lady said I could not.
